9 weeks waiting for delivery. Customer service rubbish. No one answers the phone. Had to email several times for an update to get a response that the item is out of stock. Finally got to speak to a lady who said that she was only covering and that she was shocked by the communication. She was meant to be speaking with the MD but heard nothing back. So they are selling goods that they don’t even have. Very little empathy or understanding when all I wanted was an ETA. Delivery/installation men quite rude. However, the wardrobe is lovely and we are happy. Would I recommend …. Yes if you are willing to wait and except no communication
