9 weeks waiting for delivery. Customer service rubbish. No one answers the phone. Had to email several times for an update to get a response that the item is out of stock. Finally got to speak to a lady who said that she was only covering and that she was shocked by the communication. She was meant to be speaking with the MD but heard nothing back. So they are selling goods that they don’t even have. Very little empathy or understanding when all I wanted was an ETA. Delivery/installation men quite rude. However, the wardrobe is lovely and we are happy. Would I recommend …. Yes if you are willing to wait and except no communication

Looking for a reasonable (not necessarily cheap) iPhone insurance. Found this company on a comparison website. Quotation was completed on line and took minutes to complete. Received a very reasonable quotation (premium) which was competitive and covered everything I wanted it to. There was no pressure to upgrade and a one-time purchase meant a even cheaper quotation. Documents sent instantly. Very happy :)

Still haven’t received it. Customer service were not helpful. Keep getting mixed emails about the delivery schedule and then another saying the product is out of stock. Don’t know if I will receive my order or get a refund. Ongoing now for two weeks.

Amazing company. Sam was so great and was flexible with what we wanted and delivery dates. Our sofa arrived and it did not disappoint us. The delivery men were also great. A very nice experience when buying a soda online

Booked a tyre change online and they were ready for me when I arrived. Took about 15 minutes and they checked my other tyres too. Great experience and will return

Made a Christmas booking and I wanted to amend it. The first advisor wasn't the best to deal with my enquiry. As there was availability for my new booking, I asked the advisor if I could use a discount code. She said that this could only be used for a new booking (it was 10% off which is a lot on a £400 booking). I asked her if I could cancel my existing booking and re-book. She said that the advisor who originally made my booking would contact me.
Gemma did call me and was great. She cancelled my first order and placed another booking for me. She needed her managers approval to allow the discount code which was taken from my booking.
Overall, really happy. I am just waiting to see if my booking was worth the wait and price
