After recently renewing my Internet with landline package, I was unable to use my landline as the "phone" light was not lot lit on the router. Having finally getting through to Elvira she managed to sort it all out at her end. Everything works fine now thanks to her. Only complaint i have is the length of time getting through and having to listen to the horrendous music fading in & out whilst on hold.
