After recently renewing my Internet with landline package, I was unable to use my landline as the "phone" light was not lot lit on the router. Having finally getting through to Elvira she managed to sort it all out at her end. Everything works fine now thanks to her. Only complaint i have is the length of time getting through and having to listen to the horrendous music fading in & out whilst on hold.

Having recently renewed and upgraded my plan to a faster speed I was told I would receive a new router to enable me to reach the faster speeds. Two weeks later I'm still waiting for the new router and paying the new, increased price. Today I contacted customer services and spoke to Ashli, she explained that the new router was never ordered and she would help me achieve higher speeds with my existing router until a new router arrived which she ordered as we spoke. I would like to thank Ashli for resolving my issue with YouFibre and look forward to receiving my new router so I can reach the speeds which I am paying for.

Excellent service from this courier, kept up to date throughout the whole delivery process from collection from seller to delivery at my door. Estimated delivery was between 1021-1221 on Christmas Eve, i received a phone 30 mins before delivery and it was delivered at 8 am by a very happy driver, absolutely brilliant on one of the busiest days of the year. Can't praise this company enough when similar businesses are getting bad reviews from the press.

Having had YouFibre for a while now, I've been very happy with their service. Unfortunately the last few weeks I have noticed that some of the apps on our devices amongst other things were slow in loading. I contacted YouFibre and spoke to Zintle, she was very polite and professional and took on board my issue. After trying several "in house" options to no avail Zintle booked an engineer to call within 3 days to sort it out. Today (the day before visit) Zintle contacted me asking to check my problematic apps etc. Wow, everything is working perfect now, apparently she had made adjustments to my router from her end which has made everything run perfectly at this end. Needless to say, no engineer is required. I can't recommend YouFibre enough with their customer service second to none thanks to Zintle.

My smart meters were installed in 2019 from a different supplier, unfortunately there were issues with the In Home Display units at the time so I never received one. I changed to So Energy in 2021 and asked several times about an IHD without any luck. In December 2023 my gas meter display stopped working, I phoned customer service and spoke to Ylenia about my broken meter and also mentioned my IHD. She promised that she would sort my issues out. True to her word the meter was replaced in the New Year along with an In Home Display unit. All is working fine now thanx to Ylenia

I purchase cd/dvds from Music Magpie on a regular basis and never had an issue. Products are often like new and cheap to buy. Being a older music fan I can catch up on bands that I missed out on during my younger days at a fraction of the price.
