Another update and still getting worse. If you follow their automated response you will know no one has contacted me as I stated.
I’ve now had no car for 7 weeks and 2.5k in and they just fob me off. As I said again don’t touch them and don’t buy the useless warranty which they won’t cancel. Do yourself a massive favour and buy a car somewhere else. I SOOOOO wished I had gone to the other garage.
