Switched from eir a few months ago. Very happy with the service. True 5g unlike eir where their 5g is often just 4g marked as 5g. Speeds substationally higher (300Mbs v 100Mbs with eir). Have started switching over the family too. Roaming has worked well so far. A bonus with clear that Switzerland is included as part of free allowance. Not so with eir or most of the other operators.

Very quick shipping. Got a new cordless drill. Cheaper than amazon and was delivered 2 days after ordering. Will definitely use again.

Ordered store collection, thinking this would speed up the order process. However it still took 5 days to receive the notification that the order was ready to be collected. The shorts were in stock when ordered, so really dont understand why it took so long. I'm trying to order less off Amazon these days, but experiences like this keep pushing me back to them. I could have had the shorts delivered to my door next day at the same cost. The in-store collection experience was good tho.

Ordered 12 days ago and still no sign of it. When most companies can deliver in 2-3 days, you shouldn't have to wait 2 weeks for delivery. All the more galling because they charge a shipping fee. Might only be €3, but I've received packages from China quicker where there order total was only around €3.

Ordered a meta quest headset in Black Friday, and it was delivered Monday. Very happy with the quick service.

Abysmal shipping speed with limited order tracking.
Third, and final, time ordering from H&M online this year. Despite everything being in stock at time of order it takes weeks (3+) to receive anything. Most businesses are getting orders deliveries in 2-3 days. Some local Irish businesses are even doing same day. So waiting almost a month in some cases is ridiculous.

Excellent online shopping experience. Next day delivery, in Dublin at least. Some other coffee companies often taking a week to get order delivered. Good prices and coffee is always excellent.

Hidden charges on collection. Charging cleaning fee despite nothing to clean. When queried a blurry photo returned of boot from different car.

Myprotein support in touch with me over this delay. So kudos for them following up on this. I've upped rating to 4 starts for now. Will see how next order goes. Hopefully this one wont take 9 days to dispatch. Product as always is great (Clear protein this time)

In general the products I've tried over the years have been very good. However the shipping speed is absolutely abysmal. I placed an order 9 days ago and its only just shipped. And given it's shipped with Evri I dont expect it to see until next week. In this day and age you should have to wait for 2.5 weeks to receive an order. I've ended up ordering locally in the mean time as I ran out of protein powder.

Absolute shambles. Website promises 1-5 working days delivery times. I'm two weeks waiting for a pair of boots to ship and no sign of anything, other than Anpost tracking link which doesnt work. No response from support, other than "we're looking into it". No answer to phone lines. Have given up and started chargeback with CC.

Ordered a second hand foil from this site to Ireland. Took 2 days before its shipped, but got a tracking link and everything arrived perfectly.

Have been with gomo since it launched in 2019. Havent had issues since joining. Solid signal in Dublin. Roaming works fine, tho speeds not always amazing.
Used to have continually port around networks getting the "best deal". Now I dont have to do anything. Still paying €10 a month 4+ years later.

Ordered on a Tuesday night. Coffee delivered on Thursday morning. Usually get 2kg of their "Tandem" coffee for our Sage Express machine. Quick shipping every time.

Great customer service. Had an issue where UPS just dropped packaged at completely wrong address, despite having eircode on it. UPS were absolutely useless and wasted hours of my time trying to retrieve package. Support from bulk was great. They immediately jumped in to re-ship lost package. Very quick response time too.
In future I will just select "regular" shipping which uses DHL for delivery.

Bought a "B" condition iPhone for my daughter. Battery capacity at 75% so needs apple battery service. Apparently CEX told me this is fine !? Anywhere else wouldn't sell a phone where the battery condition is less than 80%. I would hate to see what state a "C" condition phone is in.
Interesting I've seen plenty of reports online where people are getting their phones marked a "C" on trade in where the battery is below 80%.

Parcel marked as delivered. However certainly wasn’t delivered to my address. Ring doorbell footage confirms this but no luck getting any support from UPS. So driver has either dumped package somewhere or stolen it. Have spent hours trying to follow up with UPs. Promised phone calls back. Nothing. Of course seller should just refund but they’re showing “proof of delivery “ from UPS which means nothing.

Beware their broadband deals. It might be appealing to lock in at €40 a month for their 500Mb over 24months. However approx 3 months after we joined they upped the price by €5 a month. Then they add 3%+inflation on each April. However this is on the NON DISCOUNTED price. So will be a much larger percentage increase. So one year into our "cheap" contract and our price has gone up 30% (€40->€52). Cowboy contract antics which I hadn't expected from eir. Customer service is abysmal too. Good luck if you need to get anything resolved.ed

Shambolic customer service. Ringing to cancel house insurance renewal and on-hold for hours. No response to emails. No one can confirm that policy wont be charged. I would hate to imagine if you ever need to make a claim. Its impossible to speak to anyone.
