I bought a Chilliwack 2 person infrared sauna and it's GREAT. I chose it for its price, features, the pre-sales customer service but mostly because it was so easy to construct. It arrives in a very heavy box but each individual panel (there are about seven) can be carried without trouble. I'm a short middle-aged woman and put the whole thing together by myself in about an hour, thanks to the clever system of clips, which mean I didn't need any tools and could easily adjust the panels. I did ask a taller neighbour to help to situate the top, which is heavy and more delicate because of all the electronics which are pre-installed. Once on, it was the work of a moment to hook it all up. A truly wonderful design! The sauna worked perfectly from the start and I love the lights and bluetooth connection which means I can listen to pods or books while I sweat. The instructions are good and the on-site video is excellent. There were only two moments in the whole process that required a bit of thought - one was when construction the seat, slide it in before fastening the two side walls, and the other was hooking up the connection under the seat - the wiring with the correct connector needed to be pulled through the back panel. Otherwise the whole thing is a no-brainer. Canadian Spa staff whom I contacted for advice before my purchase were quick to get back to me in person on the phone and gave me the information I needed. The sauna is sold as being for 1-2 people. It is quite snug for two average women, but for one it is big enough to sit comfortably on the bench with your knees up and your back leaning against the batons covering the side heating panel. I think two men would probably find it a bit too intimate. Anyway, I have been planning an indoor sauna for years and the reality has actually exceeded my expectations. The company and the product are both outstanding.

My poodle is sooooo picky! It took me six months to find a food she would eat for more than a couple of days at a time. We finally settled on Lily's Kitchen and she has never looked back. The wide range of flavours keep her interested.

This is a wonderful gift for friends or family. The cakes are tasty and fresh when delivered and make for a lovely surprise. I'm hoping they start to include fruit cake in their range.

This gift stands or falls on the quality of the cake. That’s why I give it FIVE STARS. I sent it to my best ‘cake buddy’ with some trepidation but she was not only thrilled by the surprise, but reported that the cake was fantastic and had none of that weird preservative taste/feel that comes with most things wrapped in plastic. A lovely gift that I will keep giving until somebody takes the hint and sends one back to me!

OMAZE make it easy to have fun while also donating to charity.
I haven’t seen any numbers on how the charity benefit compares with other means of donation and so I give in more conventional ways too.
But on the whole, I like it. It’s fun to dream.

Overall a good experience. One car I had asked to drive was not available when I arrived, which would have been good to know before I set off. However I returned the next day and drove a different car which I bought, so it turned out fine in the end. I did a lot of research and the price was good for the car I bought, which was in excellent condition. Pleasant and enthusiastic sales team, Jafor in particular.

Excellent customer service (Kevin) but wrong colour of part sent (right colour turned out not to be available) and the chain ring was bent. Free return. I would buy from them again due to the service I received despite the website error and faulty part!

Really sorry to have to be writing this review. I have used Easiyo for many years and loved it. But during the past couple of years, every other packet I have made has failed to set. Customer services advises refilling with boiled water but this is only sporadically successful, and often remain either liquid or curdle. After one very lengthy back-and-forth I was persuaded to buy a new thermos etc in case my old one was not sealing properly. I did that, but the problem has not been resolved. It means that I'm paying an average of £5 per pot of yoghurt, which is ridiculous. Packs are well in date, and yet will not set. Hate to see all these negative reviews and very few responses from the company, who don't seem interested in their issues or their jobs.

I was on the clock so watching the precise tracking was invaluable. Driver arrived right on time and I was able to make my appointment without stressing. Good service

Refused to pay up on a claim because of 'worn parts' inside the clutch of my VW Golf. In that case, don't sell warranties for cars with 92,000 miles on the clock! I feel duped.

Used the app to report breakdown and I was helped within 2hrs and towed from Devon to Wales. As usual, an excellent service from the AA and if they didn't push the premiums up so high after the first year of cover, I would renew every year automatically.

Started giving my 12 year old border terrier YM when she stopped wanting to come downstairs due to arthritis in her front legs. The improvement was so fast and so great that even family and friends remarked on how much better she was. Three years on and the effect HAS started to wane so I signed her up for weekly sessions of physio and hydrotherapy. At 15 she is again a playful, active girl, who loves a (short) game of football and manages to lope a mile through long grass twice a day. With hindsight I would have started her physio much sooner as I had no idea how tight her back muscles had become, which was not allowing g her to use her hind legs properly, and put unnecessary strain on her forelegs. But better late than never, and Yumove has without doubt helped to extend her active life. I recommend it to everyone, including recently a friend with an infirm 19 year old Dachshund. It has rejuvenated her.

Good range of cards, simple instruction, personalisation, reasonable prices and I LOVE the new QR code idea! Didn't use it on this occasion but will definitely do so in the future. Takes greetings cards to the next level.

My 13 year old terrier had started to refuse to come downstairs in the morning. I guessed it was hurting her and took her to the vet. While waiting to see him, other clients told me abou Yumove. The injection the vet gave my dog didn't seem to have much effect so I bought Yumove and within a week she was coming downstairs without any hesitation. That was over a year ago. I've seen a huge difference in her, but even friends and family who don;t know her as well, have remarked on how much younger she seems. It's no exaggeration to say that Yumove has extended her life, while improving its quality.

Can't quite believe what a difference this has made to my 13-year-old Border Terrier. She'd slowed down and put on weight, and had started to not want to come downstairs - apparently because of arthritic pain in her legs.
Within weeks of starting her on Yumove, she was like a different dog. Even my relatives and friends noticed how much younger she seemed, and she has regained her old spark - chasing a ball, patrolling for rats, and coming down the stairs without hesitation. She has been on it now for a few months and I have now started to subscribe, as I can't imagine stopping it, given the results. She has lost weight and is generally happier. It may not work for every dog but I'm delighted that it has worked for mine.

First chimes I bought are still going strong after three years of being out winter and summer in some seriously high winds and miserable weather. They never get tangled, break, or stop being beautiful to hear. Bought a second set for a friend, which arrived within three days of purchase. They ARE pricey but they're good value nonetheless.

Quick service from a third party rescue that I was grateful for as I was alone and close to motorway traffic.
