Andy at the Stockport branch was great when I bought the wrong size lock. He was calm and worked out a solution that was no more money and in stock and helped me sort extra keys being cut. Turned a rubbish day into a good day

Metroline bus crashed into my car - Drove off without leaving a note - luckily there were witnesses - I have filled claim form in twice over a month ago and they cant even be bothered to reply
EDIT - It turns out theres a north metroline and a south Metroline - Ive now got hold of the right one and they have been very speedy sorting my claim and have admiitted full fault

Great communication and I wanted a specific delivery day which i organised with no problem and the guy delivering them got them onto my gravel drive where we'd scraped the gravel drive which was great

Bought a suitcase and it's fallen apart in 3 years - both zip pullers broken off so now useless - yes they are cheapish but its a false economy - i'll never buy this rubbish brand again - obvs didnt keep receipt damn lol but i doubt theyd sort it anyway looking at others replies

Another scam company that doesn't tell you've subscribed to anything and then take 330 out of your account a weeklater - avoid not worth it at all

I ordered a harness, and the size I wanted was out of stock, so Carl emailed me and offered 3 solutions - all great. I picked one solution of trying a different size and he sent me multiple sizes so I could try and then mail (prepaid so free) the wrong sizes back. As a first time customer this blew me away in the great solutions offered plus the trust shown - 10/10 service x x

This is the worst site ever - full of fake accounts and bots who send the most stupid messages - obviously AI don't waste your time

James was great - very polite and helpful - I had to rearrange the date and he was fine with this -= no extra charge

I rang Sarah to ask about the best tariff and she explained it really clearly to me and I felt I was able to make a good decision - very friendly and knew her stuff

I gave a good review when i bought the car but my experience since something went wrong has been terrible - The car broke down after 2 weeks and i found out it had broken down before (it had done less than 1500 miles - 2 breakdowns) - I found out the history i was told by the salesman was incomplete or incorrect - once I rejected the car they tried to claim i couldn't and it took weeks to get my refund

Very quick and the two people were very friendly and helpful - I got texts telling me when they'd arrive and these were accurate

Great service - Salesman(Darren) wasn't pushy in any way - the whole thing was seamless and I'm really happy

Ive been with my Dentists - Smylife in Manchester through Practise Plan for years - I was able to see them over COVID and still got my twice yearly free hygienist visits and one dentist visit. Miles better than the NHS sorry

I had to return a shirt that i'd bought at the Airport to the Trafford Centre branch, Manchester, UK
This wasn't simple due to VAT not being applied to airport purchases but the girl (and Manager) that helped me made the whole experience really good and I left with a lovely replacement shirt

Great experience as usual - Completd forms and then was seen in under 5 mins - all supervised and extremely comfortable - Highly recommended
