Customer services always respond promptly and efficiently. I made my first Fitflop purchase over 20 years ago and I am still wearing them! Very rare I need to return anything but everything is dealt with straight away without any quibbles. Not cheap products but quality is excellent and definitely value for money. I have purchased shoes, ankle and knee length boots, a variety of sandals and trainers and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of them.

Courteous and helpful engineer, kept up to date with time of arrival. Pleased with the service. My only disappointment is that I had to wait nearly a week for the engineer's appointment despite the fact I had explained my husband is ill and my main concern was the possibility of having no heating. The boiler was becoming unreliable, hence my uncertainty about being without heat. Apart from that I was happy with Ideal and would use them again.
