A fantastic experience with Britannia. From the moment I made the call to the helpful lady to when my car was collected it was a very easy process.

I made an inquiry to Eleanor who responded very quickly. Due to the number of people in our hen party, I wasn’t able to get back to her straight away but she wasn’t pushy at all in wanting a reply when I did reply giving her the numbers she was very efficient.

This is a great programme to follow if, as like me you don’t have time to go to the gym or prefer to exercise on your own at home.

I was going to a glamorous and black tie event in London and as usual I left my new dress shopping to the last minute. Goddiva had the exact dress I had in mind but was sceptical on sizing as buying online is usually pot luck, but not in this case. Ordering on line was so easy. I got an email stating my parcel had arrived in store. When I went to collect the lady couldn’t have been more helpful. I didn’t get her name but she is an asset to the business.

I don’t know why it only gave a 4 star, was meant to be a 5 star. However I would like to make a suggestion that tells people where to go for click and collect .

Having had to give my beautiful sofa to my daughter as I couldn’t fit it through the lounge door of where I had moved to, it was an incredibly hard decision to find something that would come anywhere near to the beauty of that sofa. The salesman was incredibly patient with me, too hard, too soft, too formal, too high, too low, wrong colour etc, etc. but he stayed with me giving me options, walking around the showroom with me, being supportive, sympathetic in my situation. We found a sofa that would fit into my lounge without having to take windows out. Thank you for all your patience and support. I hope they pay you well to put up with customers like me. You have the patience of a saint.

Air and engineers turned up on time, they were extremely polite and efficient. Knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

We went into the store looking for an offer than we’d seen online. Edward was extremely attentive and very knowledgable. If we’d boufht the mattress that we went in for it clearly would have been a waste of money. As both my partner and I sleep differently and I suffer with a bad back due to a poor mattress, Edward showed us exactly what we didn’t know that we’d been looking for. We bought a mattress so comfortable for both of us that I can’t wait for it to be delivered. Thanks Edward x

My daughter has lost our remote somewhere in the house, so I did a google search for a replacement. I came across this website and where I was expecting to pay alot of money, you can imagine my amazement when it only cost me £17.99 including delivery. Bargain. Whats more it came within 2 days and the batteries were included. What's more the remote works a treat. I would definitely recommend this company.
