EE Sales will tell you anything to get you into a contract and then not fulfil their side of the agreement. I had been with BT/EE for over 10 years until EE staff just completely back-tracked on everything we had agreed. I managed to cancel the contract within the 14 day cooling off period, be aware. BT were completely trustworthy, EE staff just lied and deceived me.

Placed order and paid in full on 02/01/26, heard nothing since. Chased several times and no response from my mails either.
So frustrating when you have to waste you your day chasing and just trying to get the items you have paid for in good faith.

Hi Warren, sorry to hear about your experience. Delivery timeframes and potential delays were outlined on our website prior to purchase. Due to higher-than-expected demand and some holiday-related customs delays, shipping has taken longer than anticipated, which we understand is incredibly frustrating.
We also noticed that you have ordered the USA plug but it should have been the UK(220V) plug which we have already corrected and we will surely send you the correct voltage. In addition to that, we have refunded the amount you paid for the shipping cost as well.

I'm always getting asked to supply reviews, and it's not very often that I can bothered to do them, but after the fantastic service I got from Easy Wellies....I felt compelled to do a review.
Basically to cut a long dull story short.....my wife saw these boots in a store, the store didn't have her size....so for 3 longs weeks of my wife chirping in my ear about getting her these boots,....I found them on Easy Wellies. I ordered them at 2pm, and Bobs your uncle, they arrived 10.00am the next day.....wonderbra.
So my wife has her wellies, I have my hearing back...the world is a wonderful place again (until next time). Thank you Easy Wellies.....you will be my friend forever !
