My TV brokr on Monday.
I went on D & G's Website, and reported the fault, and booked an Engineer Visit.
Enigineers came on Wednesday, declared it "Beyond Reapir". He logget it onto D & G's System, and they sent me a link to Hughes TV. I ordered a replacement, and it came on Friday.

Greg, Patrol 1220, was very professional, and sorted my problem in no time.
He also recommended a local company, who I used, ans will definitely use again.
Greg is a credit to RAC, as are all their Patrols.

After getting a new mobile, I was having trouble logging in to my Zempler App.
I called Customer Services, and spoke to Ade, a lovely lady, with the patience of Jobe.
After 15 or so minutes, she had me Logged in, and upp and running.

Once again, the Courier has delivered MY Parcel to SOMEONE ELSE.
What sort of idiot is Yodel employing, as in 20 years as a 16 years as a TNT Courier, I never made so many mistakes.

Your Patrol (I didn't get his name) was very polite, and knowledgeable.
After a few minutes, he got the car started. It failed again, next morning, but I copied him, and got it running.
It's got us, and the Caravan, up to Scotland, since.
Very pleased with your Service.

As ever, I cannot criticize your Service.
However, I have ordered twice, this week, and the idiot Yodel driver has, both tomes, delivered to the wrong address.
Why do you keep using them?

Excellent Company.
From their initial Survey visit, to the final handover, they were most efficient, and helpful.
The workers were all very polite, hard-working, and tidy. On no occasion did they leave any mess.
The system, apart from some inevitable teething troubles, is fantastic, and has never let me down. During the day, whatever the conditions, the Solar Panels run it all, cutting my Electricity Bills by between a third and a half, and no more Gas Bills.
