Disgusting service.

Disgusting. I paid over £20 for one small pizza with priority delivery. Pizza took over 45 mins to arrive. Then was burnt. No stuffed crust that I paid for and about 3 olives that I paid extra for also. Inedible. Disgusting. Initially deliver refused to refund or engage- Omar - even with photos. Eventually after a long time I have been told I’ll get refund. Not holding breath. Disgusting and disgraceful. Don’t use this trashy service. It’s nothing but hassle waste of money and trash. Plus not on side of customer Avoid!! Pizza box Southampton you should be ashamed. Disgusting
Even when spoke to supervisor Ariel Von eas equally as dismissive. Avoid Deliveroo. I’m taking this further.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ARGOS. CROOKS

I ordered the design a friend perfect night doll plus the design a friend sisters with delivery for 43.95 on 18th Dec.
Only the sisters were delivered not the night doll 18”. I contacted via FB that day. Plus two further calls over the next few days.
No response. Told to do online. By this time I’d spent over hour trying to resolve.
Online they said I did receive. Photo of two boxes. Large one with the sisters and a small black bag above. This is not anywhere near big enough for an 18” doll. Much smaller than the box with the same 18” dolls.
Continuing to avoid responsibility. This doll was £9.33. Really I’ve better things to do Xmas week than try it on to get the same doll. I only have one child!
Refusing communication now via email. I’m just so disgusted. As suspected the online person did say they were sold out now…. I think they sold out prior to dispatch and no one thought to refund me.
Terrible service. Disgraceful. Very hard to contact. Don’t bother with FB they’ll ignore you. Go elsewhere. These are liars and crooks.

This company has lost two of my parcels…

This company has lost two of my parcels in the last month using Evri as delivery partner. After a lot of emails I finally got a replacement after about 10 days minus the free gift which they promised would be forthcoming. Guess what? Nothing. Again Evri havd stated delivered and taken a picture of a totally different parcel, no CB parcel at all. I’ve raised this with Evri and CB and got the most patronising, disgusting response from JAN threatening police action if I was lying and saying it’s been escalated. Really nasty unprofessional email. I then responded with the photo asking where on the photo was the parcel. Another person responded Jennene who was equally as derogatory and dismissive again telling me to comply with evri or she would close the case. No politeness, no sorry, just again implying I’m
Lying for a lip balm and body lotion!! Very disappointing, very upsetting and terrible customer service. They have my money and evri has two of my parcels and I have nothing but hassle I really don’t need. And they have my money. Try not to do business with the company if you can. They are just terrible when things go wrong. Jan and Jeannene…. Customer service is not your forte. Get another job. Not consumer facing. You let the company down and are overly aggressive and ignorant not reading the complaint properly. Disgusting.

If I could have left less than 1 I…

If I could have left less than 1 I would have. Ordered 5th June. Nothing. Following tracking is impossible. Has not moved from some far away place since 5th June. Dismissive and delayed response from customer service. Just terrible. I just want to give up now and get my money back but apparently noting can be done until 30 days have passed. I’ve never experienced such ridiculousness. No respect for the customer. No support. No help at all. Fobbed off multiple times. Please DO NOT buy from this company and woman. Oh my cream does some of her products if you’re desperate and next day delivery with free samples. To be honest everything I have bought from this company violette is hyped and utter cheap rubbish. Please don’t waste your money or energy on this joke of a company.

Ellie and Ellen were extremely helpful with my problem. Very prompt reply and all resolved quickly. I haven’t received yet but they seem like a very professional and friendly company who are more than willing to do all they can to help.
Very impressed so far. Hope the extensions are as good as they are then they will have another client for life!

This brand is fantastic

This brand is fantastic. Not only are their products top notch, sweet smelling treats (I bought the hair mist tester set) but their staff are super helpful. Really friendly, but professional and cannot do enough to help. I did have trouble with my delivery… not their fault at all… but they answered my questions extremely quickly and with such lovely enthusiasm that you just don’t see much nowadays. I spoke with Nicole, Lyn and Anjelica. All were kind and empathetic. Great brand. Wishing them all the success in the world.

Fantastic company great products

This is one of the best companies for customer service and for products. I had a problem with an online order. It was split delivery and the delivery company lost one. I contacted glossier via email and they replied almost immediately, sent out a replacement without hesitation. Very bright, breezy, happy communication. Very reassuring. Christine was particularly lovely. I highly recommend this company and they make such beautiful and unique products. Love Glossier. Thank you 🤩

Sezane makes truly beautiful clothes

Sezane makes truly beautiful clothes. Unique designs and high quality. Frequently include little mystery gifts. Beautiful packaging. You will never find anything like this on the high street. It’s sublime. I’d give it 5* if it wasn’t for their delivery partners. They dispatch pretty much within 24 hours. Yet it takes often 10 or more days to reach you going via another shipping agent in the uk who just sit on it for an age. There have been frequent complaints but it never changes. It gets a problem when you have 15 days to return if doesn’t fit etc.
I promise you’ll fall in love with Sezane. You’ll hate the delivery team.

Cult beauty are still and never fail to…

Cult beauty are still and will never fail to be the best customer service in the system. So quick to respond and so kind and professional. Not only does Cult beauty have fabulous things on their website they also have a wonderful loyalty programme and always have offers on. Perhaps the only thing they could possibly do to make me shop there more would be to have samples added to each order as space nk does, however they do offer wonderful GwP occasionally. I love cult beauty and so will you! Thank you so much CB for being utterly fabulous! Sarah xx

Dreadful experience

Dreadful experience. Bombarded by adverts for the lip liners. Bought one then liked so another. Then a lip balm. Loads out of stock items. Then was blocked! Emailed them, had to send photographic ID to prove who I was! Despite them happily taking my money. Customer service awful. They never got back to me. Had to chase them to try to buy then still out of stock. No apology. No gratitude. Really bad online service. Made to feel like a thief or something. I will NEVER buy from here again. Plus the swatches look NOTHING like the actual colours. Hot nude and chic nude plus slay nude look identical but totally different. Beware. Disgraceful. They don’t deserve your money.

If I could have left less than 1 I…

If I could have left less than 1 I would have. Do yourself a favour and go direct to the luxury brand you are after. This place sends out in foil envelopes, charging £5.95 for RM 48. Tracking is shocking. I’m still waiting 10 days down the line for an order over £100. Chased customer services.RM tracking still says ‘we’re expecting it’. Harvey nicks says tough essentially. We are now out of stock. What would you like to do? Well, why don’t you just keep the money then eh?! Still waiting for a refund. Disgraceful service. Even next day delivery costs £8 and has to be placed before 3pm. What century is this company?!
Please use a reputable company like Selfridges. Who have never let me down in 20 years.
Harvey Nichols- over inflated sense of their own luxury, disgraceful customer service, disgraceful packaging and delivery.

There was a slight issue in the Rabanne website when ordering make up. I received my order extremely quickly and with complimentary beautiful samples. It wasn’t what I’d ordered so I emailed to let them know. The lovely Sylvie F replied and investigated and arranged to send me a beautiful gift for my inconvenience. I’ve honestly never had such impressive, kind, polite and generous customer service. I was treated like a real VIP! Sylvie F is a credit to the company and I am a life long devotee to Rabanne nos. Not only outstanding quality products, but they real care for their clients. 10/10 x

Dreadful customer service Nicole jenal and Silungile

Dreadful customer service. Dismissive, disinterested and patronising.
They use ‘cut and paste’ replies.
Courier has not delivered my order, following tracking on their site states parcel damaged and held.
They repeatedly refuse to acknowledge this or refund my money.
I have emailed repeatedly and they are slow to respond.
Please avoid this dreadful company. I’m out over £60.
Disgusting service. Name and shame agents, Jenal, Silungile (particularly dismissive) and Nicole. These need further training asap.

Nicole in the online customer services…

Nicole in the online customer services team has been absolutely fabulous. Emailed at 12:56 on a bank holiday and had a response and instant resolution by 13:03! Now that’s incredible service!
Space NK is the most wonderful place to shop, and their rewards system is the best by far, as are their exciting, generous and frequent GWPs.
They really understand their customer and give a fantastic customer experience.

I had the pleasure of talking with Aya at SpaceNK customer services after an enquiry concerning delivery. I used the live webchat function and was answered within a few moments. I was sceptical of this function but Aya quickly located my problem and gave me updated information. She was delightful, professional and efficient.

Fabulous Customer care!

I had experienced some early fading of one of my gorgeous Ted baker tee shirts and contacted their customer services for advice. I was lucky enough to have Kate answer my call. Kate was a delight, so efficient, kind and professional. She instructed me to send the item back and offered a full refund or replacement. She made sure I was fully informed and I felt very listened to and understood. I was delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend Ted baker customer services to anyone! Thank you Kate. Excellent friendly service

Excellent friendly service. Great bargains in store, better than the big departments.
Spent time showing me exactly how the pram worked so I was comfortable.
Delivery was very quick and I was kept up to date with delivery information throughout, I knew when it would arrive within 10 minutes! Outstanding service.
Definitely recommend highly! Thank you xx
