In a sector that is not renowned for good service, my experiences with SO Energy have been refreshingly excellent. They are responsive, with friendly staff, and competitively priced.

Trying to find a reliable tradesperson is always a bit hit and miss, but I was delighted with their recommendation of a garage door repairman from AA garages, who was excellent from start to finish.

I have used them for a number of years for my classic car insurance, and the service is always first class, and cover best in terms of coverage and cost. Comms are good and portal easy to use.

Delivered in double quick time and well packed. Easy to order.

Ordered a bespoke galvanised steel bar to help repair a drain. Website was so easy to use, bar of correct specification, and order despatched efficiently and well packed.

Great pharmacy. Very friendly, efficient, and well stocked.

Great little greenhouse. Well priced. Supplier was excellent and gets five stars. Well packed so it did not get damaged and arrived efficiently. Manufacturer would only get three stars though. Instructions were rubbish. For the sake of an extra hour's investment in the instructions could save its customers many hours of time. It's just lazy.

Have been trying to get a refundable security deposit refunded for my stay. We have been going around in circles for a month. All thoroughly pleasant on the phone, but also thoroughly ineffective. The number of times I have been told they will get this sorted.....Have now been told they can't help, which they could have told me a month ago. They seem happy to take your money, but not to take responsibility for those who use their site.

Just travelled on trains to the south of France and back. So stress-free, and TGVs very comfortable and on time. However, the cote d-azur coast line is hell on earth. Trains are grossly overcrowded, ticket QR codes rarely work, and help is scant, and you pay one euro to go to the loo at the station. On the basis that any network is only as good as its weakest link, I can give no more than a three rating.

Second time I have used Rail Europe this year. In an age when websites seems to be designed to overcomplicate, this one is a pleasure to use. Simple. clear, and your tickets come through instantly.

I visited the Surbiton store and was charged £25 for vitamin tablets that were advertised as £12.50 on the shelf. Fourth visit in a row that the pricing on the shelf is not what I have been charged at the till. In a cost of living crisis you should care, but don't seem to.

Invariably late at holiday time. Two hours today. No reason given. Don't care. Not a great start to everyone's holidays.

Third visit in a row that when I got to the till, the price of my purchases was not what was advertised on the shelves. I can appreciate you have a large and complex stock list, but as a multinational you should have the systems to price accurately. I shudder to think how many people are being over-charged in a cost of living crisis, for what are often necessities. Disgraceful!

One hour 53 mins late on a two hour 10 mins journey. Severe overcrowding. Poor communication. What there was, was misinformed. Staff that didn't seem to give two hoots. Rock bottom customer experience.

Regularly kept us abreast of our order and were very welcoming, friendly, and efficient.

Hugely impressed. Ordered a drain-cover online on the bank holiday and it arrived two days later in pristine condition. Courier charge was fair, and drain cover competitively priced. Website easy to use too. Excellent service.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon tea at Squire's at Long Ditton on New Year's Eve. Plenty of filling in the sandwiches, delicious scones and cakes. Well done to all concerned, and especially to Nick for his excellent service.

Little did I think when I joined Trustpilot that I would end up writing a review about them, but in removing one of my reviews Trustpilot have been rather charmless and not particularly efficient in seeking to get it reinstated.

I wrote a review about my chiropractor, which is an excellent small business, with wonderful staff.

I got a message back saying verbatim...."While we’re confident that this is the right call, we appreciate that sometimes we get it wrong."

How arrogant. How contradictory. If Trustpilot sometimes get thing wrong, how can it be "confident"?

And in seeking to protect Trustpilot's integrity it seems that offending my integrity is fair game.

But on this occasion Trustpilot is wrong, and despite the same attempt twice to provide proof, I still await a response. If Trustpilot had any good grace it would:

1. Reinstate my review for the good of the business that was the subject.
2. Offer me an apology.

I go once a month. They are a very friendly team and do wonders with my various back issues. Can't speak highly enough of them.

Always very prompt service and order correct.
