Worst customer services ever, full of broken promises and lies, all down to the fact that their discount codes didn’t work and no automated refund as promised

It was ok but nothing amazing, it arrived on time, but lacked a little bit of nicety and politeness.

Openreach came out to our neighbour property, ended up 3 of us losing telephone lines and broadband, over a week to get an engineer out to fix a problem that they caused, Openreach social media team (Gary), got in touch with me to sort the problem, and explained that nothing could be done until Tuesday morning, so this morning by 09:30 an engineer had fixed the issue, this was better then expected, do I changed my rating all because of Gary’s help.

I did all the hard work for them whilst they sat back and just paid the bill sent in to them

Never got my order and no-one answers my call, having to go to bank to get refund

Extremely quick service from me putting on the order online to me getting the money in the bank alroung a pleasure to deal with, extremely happy with the service I was given.
