Iphone camera control case’s

Bought the iphone 16 pro case. Marina blue limitless 6.0 £54.99. Ive bought quite a few cases off them. Not anymore though. I went snorkling, and chamge my case to a water proof one. And when i went to put my mous case back on. The camera control button was gone? Mous don't do replacements (they quite easily could) they want you to spend another £55 for another case. Literally had it on less than 5 days!! My own fault i know. But you cant even purchase a replacement is poor service. Great cases yes. But i wont be buying any more. Ive bought an otterbox. If you have one, be careful of that camera control button, because if you lose it. Thats a wasted £55.

Yes, ive done it AGAIN!

I've only gone and won AGAIN! For anyone reading, these guys are fantastic! They are genuine. People do actually win, and their reviews back this up. I've won 5 times now being a long time player, only today to win a instant win gaming PC (My son has wanted one for so long, and they're not cheap!) Absolutely thrilled to bits. And will continue to play more in the future.

Be careful of BOTB!!

Ive been using BOTB for years! The other day, i had over £300 take from my account?!? I contacted BOTB, an they said ‘they have been unable to locate the charge associated to my email registered to your account’. But my paypal statement clearly states they took the money? Paypal closed my dispute? Botb locked my account and refuse to get back to me! I think this is disgraceful thing to do to a long time user for the money ive spent and won ZERO!! Ive seen they’ve done the same to me as they have others. Taking money for comps they didn't enter. Customer service just ignore you? My bank have advised me to contact the Financial ombudsman man, as i have all the relevant information from them and paypal of the transactions.

Edit :-25/9/24 Just got my money back after I appealed a dispute through Paypal. An won in my favour! JUSTICE!. If you’re reading this botb, feel free to close my account. As you dont respond to my emails!

I hope this serves as a warning to future botb users.

Absolutely Fantastic

Just got back from visiting the Big Guy's farm shop. It was fantastic!!. Don't know what people are on about with the parking? And yes it was a bit expensive (to be expected really). But the food is amazing, the beer is some of the best I've ever tasted, and the cider. Got myself a few bits to take home. I cant recommend it enough, i will definitely be returning in the future. And i will most certainly be buying more Hawkstone!!

Bought a snooper-my speed-plus, and couldn't update the new maps. Alex from snooperneo.co.uk helped me out straight away. Registered my serial number, and sent me the links to upload the new updated software. Works brilliantly and its accurate. Chuffed to bits and would highly recommend.

IVE WON SOMETHING!!

Well, it actually happened. I’ve actually won something for the first time in my life!! Been playing since 2021, an in one go i won 3 Nintendo switch’s oled versions. Could not believe it! Then received a phone call within minutes off a very friendly chap congratulating me! Over the moon, and so are my 2 children. Couldn’t recommend comp city enough!!!

Bought 6x fence panels on a sunday…

Bought 6x fence panels on a sunday online, and was promised delivery in 5-7 days as advertised. After 2 weeks overdue, i had to go into store to find out what was going on, and was told to give it another week? What!? So made contact online to find out an eta. Panels arrived 20 days later with no explanation or apology? I have an entire garden to do, but i wont be buying with them. Thats the last time i order from Tool station!

EDIT:- 04/03/23. I did respond to (Brian) toolstation, with the requested information. And as expected they ignored me. So be careful if you order online from them...

Dont pay for seats, they just plonk you anywhere...

We're leaving to go to Menorca on Friday with our family. To which we booked and paid early our seats on the plane, so we could all sit together. Tui then decided they didn't like that and split our family up, leaving my 14 year son to be seated the other end of the plane by himself, even though we booked and paid for the seats!! They wouldn't allow me to change them either, without payment which i think is awful! Wont be using them again.

DO NOT buy crypto with them

Do not invest in crypto with Revolut. They let you put in as much money as you like. Then lets say your investment spikes, and you want to withdraw… You cant, you can only take out £250 a WEEK!! So in the crypto market, when you investment is high and you want to cash out. You literally have to sit there and watch it go lower an lower potentially losing thousands of pounds. Utterly disgusting thing to do to customers without warning them first. You have been warned. Oh, an customer service is ZERO help.

Revolut. There is nothing at all you can say, to justify holding onto a persons money like that. What an appalling thing to do. If they have £100k in crypto, and they want to sell. Your telling me id have to wait 8 YEARS! For my money. And to think ive recommended you to an abundance of people in my buisness. That ends today, and i’ll make sure people know it to.

Moving to BT next year…

Prices keep going up an up. The virgin hub wifi will NOT connect to ANY equipment what so ever, so we had to spend £300 on a separate wifi mesh. The £50 refer a friend is nonsense, they wont entertain it. The V6 TV box constantly freezes, and when you ring up to speak to a non english speaking person who you can barely understand,your told to turn it off an on again. When your paying over £600 a year, you don't want to hear that? The internet lately has been hit an miss, with connection drop out. When it comes time to renew, they want roughly DOUBLE! What your paying. 100% will be moving next year to BT, as they have just put fibre on our estate. Hope this helps people steer clear of an expensive, poor service provider. As i know virgin are the type of people who will read this, shrug their shoulders and say ‘bye then’ 👎🏻

If you can please call our team on 0345 454 1111 we will seek to look into the multiple faults with the services and will likely be able to send out an engineer, if there are no outages being flagged in the local area.

Have you checked our Service Status Checker virg.in/service or called our Service Status Line 0800 561 0061 for an update on any outages we may be experiencing?

In relation to the £50.00 referral scheme, this is no longer issued directly from Virgin Media and is paid into your account via the portal you would need to create with Aklamio.

8 weeks of use FAILED!

Bought a Lazy spa Vegas in Feb, opened it in April, failed 8 weeks later. Split liner behind the bubble tube. Lazy spa aren’t interested at all in helping. Terrible customer service. Take your money with no help at all. Disgusting

Edit :- Lazy Spa FINALLY got back to me with a replacement inliner ONLY, (after a month of calls and emails to chase them). I wont be using lazy spa again. The tubs are NOT reliable and inherently split again and again, but lazy spa wont warranty the replacement parts, they are covered from date of purchase only!!!. Lazy spa will not revise their inferior design, and continue to use defective models for profit. People on the owners club are on their 3rd replacement from lazy spa with the same problem each time. As stated, mine failed after very minimal use in 8 weeks, and you constantly have to chase lazy spa to help. I hope my review helps people steer clear from them, because you quiet literally will be throwing your money away. £450-750 for a month or so use then POP! Dont take my word for it. Do your home work and you’ll see what i mean. And after warranty ends, they’re like Ha haaa got yer money, thanks 🤬

Lazy spa…Maximum profit, minimum effort. Terrible terrible company!

Very very good!

Super fast delivery, well packaged, very good price. Very well informed of delivery times and tracking numbers.

Website was easy to navigate, and very good description of available tools, parts and accessories. And as mentioned, very competitive against the market.

Will certainly use again, and recommend to there's for the future.
