I just spent £128 - they kept my money for a week and now have cancelled my order with no explanation!!!
They say they will refund the money but I’ve not seen it yet.
Clearly these guys are up to some sort of scam…..

Awful awful customer experience.
Awful awful customer experience.
On hold for an hour just to speak to a real person who then told me they could do nothing and I had to contact my dentist - who had already told me to contact Denplan. All i needed to do was add a new person to the plan. Their plan, not my dentist!!!!!!
HOW CAN THAT BE SO HARD.
Also the music on hold has now killed any enjoyment of ever listening to Coldplay ever again.

DHL - FAIL AGAIN ........
Been waiting for an overnight delivery for 5 days....
Phoned yesterady and they said they would send it out next day on pre-12.
Its now midday - no parcel.. phoned again - was told they have multipule problems at the CRAWLEY depot.
Problems with finding package and with drivers being late and not turning up..
such reliability........
DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT!!!!!
Well if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck........

Poor customer service
Poor customer service- never seem to be on line chat and never ever answer the phone in my experience.
Also their scooter auto build failed to provide accurate information resulting in me buying something not compatible,
Purchase with care, as you’re unlikely to get any care after you’ve spent you money

Car hire & minor damage
Rented a car from Citer via Enterprise and Rental Cars whilst on holiday in France. 1st problem was Citer tried to sell me extra car insurance for 200 Euros that i had already purchased through Enterprise - DIRTY SALES TRICK!
Day 1, woke up to find some nice Danish guy in the apartmnet opposite had hit my car in the night when leaving for home. Obviously no note - not his problem right!
I was assured that i had all the correct insurance, so no worries but I had to pay EURO's 1200 as a repair depost when i left France but was told i would get my money back. Turns out it took over 2 months. I had to chase Enterprise every week. They were never proactive & never called me to explian the delays.
In the end i got my money back but only because i had to to Enterprises job for them by calling Citer - in Frnace - and getting them to send the necessary paperwork to Enterprise.
Nightmare and a waste of my time. Enterprise were gracious enough to realise their shortcomings and waived the £25 administration fee - but then again id spent at least that on calls to them and Citer, doing their administarion work for them.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THESE GUYS!
MISTAKES HAPPEN, BUT YOU CAN GAUGE A COMPANIES COMMITMENTS AND PROFESSIONALISIM ON HOW THEY DEAL WITH THOSE MISTAKES.

POOR! POOR! POOR! 5 WEEK WAIT - NO GOODS - NO COMMUNICATION!
Items were in stock but no delivery, i had to call WEA after 5 weeks and then found out their supplier was out of stock and there was no alternative on offer.
Oh - did i mention they took my money -
Poor show, no communication - i had to chase them.
Refeund has been requested so we will see if they are as keen to part with my cash as they were to take it.
Their on hold speel says they are the fastest growing business in their sector. Quite a claim if this is the level of their service, i wonder how long they will keep that particular crown?
