I’m took nearly 3 months to change over my bank details on sumup account. When eventually got through to customer services they didn’t help. Said would make it a priority and still nothing. All emails were ignored. Absolutely disgusting and wouldn’t bother. Poor excuse for a company. Should be ashamed of themselves

Driver left package on front porch in a busy school street. This is very unsafe. It could have been seen. I answered ring bell via voice over as was in back working and couldn’t physically get to door fast enough. He had already walked off. He replied from on the road shouting its at your front door and walked away. Extremely rude!

My parcel came into work and took nearly 2 days to find me due to not having my name on it. Also when I opened the box the powder product wasn't sealed properly and some had escaped into the box.

The whole experience was fantastic. Friendly staff on the end of the phone to help through the booking process. The car was lovely clean and well looked after. I will definitely be using thus company again :)
