Dreadful Driver
Driver was rude and left the parcels on the front porch after being asked to put in the garage. They were very heavy parcels contains wine. She couldn’t move the parcels as she was home alone. Not a nice customer service experience.

Hi Carl, I understand that the driver didn't follow the instructions and delivered the parcel in public view also, the driver's behaviour was inappropriate.
