Up to delivery the information received was good. However, on delivery it was a completely different situation. The 2 operatives we rude, unhelpful and dismissive of the fact we had paid for assembly which they flatly refused to carry out. In addition they left a large amount of mud on the carpets as they did not wear any shoes protectors.

I bought paint for my bedroom. The service was excellent and I loved the cardboard paint holders that were supplied. The paint covers beautifully and you can get away with one coat if wished… will be ordering again

I went to Bensons to purchase an Ottoman double divan. I had done lots of research but could not find exactly what I wanted. Alex at Bensons was my sales assistant, he listened to my request and was able to offer me several options. He was very knowledgeable about the products, very helpful and professional. Hopefully when I receive the bed it will be just what I want.

The long term parking was easy to find and lots of spaces available. I had to change the car that I was parking and I found the call centre very easy to deal with. The buses run frequently and all in all a very trouble free experience .
