We purchased 2 x joules lights. I was unsure about a couple of things. My queries we answered expertly and promptly. The lights arrived in 2 days! They look lovely but haven’t put them in situ yet..I can fully recommend this company for its customer service and quality of product..

I ordered all my appliance for my new kitchen from AO their customer service was great. Their delivery operatives helpful and polite and on time… they price matched items…. Had to contact them about a potential issue they resolved it promptly… A good company I would definitely recommend ….

These are the second shutters we purchased from TWS. The company are very professional, helpful, friendly and competitively priced. They were fitted within the time frame stated and are exactly what we wanted. Totally recommend this company.

I received my order in 2022 but when I found them not to be of the quality I would expect from this company they kindly offered me a free return and a refund. I returned them 2 months ago and are still waiting for the refund. All I get back from my many emails are apologetic responses from different employees. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Product arrived promptly but as it was a present haven’t tried it yet

We purchased a small armchair at the end of December and it arrived today within the time frame we were given. We are more than pleased with our purchase the chair is beautiful and seems very well made. The delivery operatives Duncan & Hardeep phoned when they were an hour away and when they arrived they were professional, friendly and helpful. I have bought a few things from Kidly and they have all arrived promptly and are of good quality. I bought a splash suit (3rd one) and unfortunately the zip broke after a few months. I contacted the company and they couldn’t have been more helpful and offered a refund or exchange. My exchanged arrived with a couple of days. Amazing customer service. Thank you.

I ordered a throw on 7th December having seen it in stock on their website. A few weeks later they informed me that in fact it wasn’t in stock and would refund me. After many phone calls and emails I have still not received the product or a refund. DO NOT ORDER from this company it’s a sham. I would have given it no stars if I could…..
