Guy came out to do first part of installation for SKY fibre broadband. Why I have only given two stars is because he drilled a hole in the bottom brick of my property, I get this that it was to attach his ladder for safety but the hole It was quite large and he didn’t fill it in when finished, as I live in a flood area and if I got flooded all that water would go through the hole, which as you could imagine, it’s not good for my property But thankfully the sky engineer who came out to fit my broadband filled it in for me. So five stars for sky and two stars for open reach.

I done my research on this company before I purchased my furniture so thought I was buying from a reputable company also with a 7 year guarantee, how wrong was I. purchased in 2021 and the rattan has now all split on the top of one of the chairs. We were told on purchasing that the furniture could be left outside in the winter but we never did but always stored it in the garage. Rang customer service to be told they did not stock this particular range anymore and as they had been taken over on 15th July 2023 and as it is a new ownership the warranty does not now apply. Told me to take it up with my credit card company, has anyone else tried this approach? All I can say is read the reviews and do not buy from this company.

I had been quoted £25 for a replacement security key so was very pleased to find Lockandkey on line. Excellent service, keys came in 3 days and for £25 I can get 3 keys cut with change. Will definitely be using again.

Brilliant customer service. I dealt with a lady called Marion who was most helpful in my search for a Neff oven. Offered me an alternative model when the one I wanted was not available ( country wide) but was never pushy on selling. Had a text the day before to give me a time slot and another text on the day to say I was next. Good competitive prices, would highly recommend and use again.

Took delivery today of my Henley furniture absolutely gorgeous. I shopped around for months trying to find the perfect garden furniture and yes Moda is not the cheapest but it is by far the best quality and it’s true what they say you get what you pay for. The delivery guys Terry and Dave were so pleasant, friendly and helpful a credit to the company, they carried my furniture into the back garden for me which was quite awkward as they had to go via neighbours garden. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Moda to friends and family.

It was so easy to sell on my un-wanted CD's DVD's and books. Packed and dropped them off at my local garage no having to take them to the Post Office and the money was credited to my account within days. Will be using again.
