I ordered Bosch descaled and washing machine cleaner, it was delivered within two days of purchase and the price was cheaper than amazon and that included the P&P.

So easy to operate and so much easier than our old system.

The products are what they say, delivery is first class, customer services are very helpful nothing is too much trouble.

Spoke to a member of staff who was very friendly and helpful.
The only difficulty my wife always has is choosing which straps to order as she says there are so many lovely ones to choose from.
Items are always very well packaged plus a fast delivery. ordered one day and delivered within two now that's what I call first class service.

What can I say but how brilliant they are. I ordered at 4 o'clock and my order was delivered the next day that is what I would say was more than first class service, well done all at Katy Sue Designs.

Plants arrived the week I requested and as usual nice and healthy. last year I was too late to get them from Brookside so I had to purchase plants from a well known nursery and they were awful very little crop and didn't taste good, so this year I made sure I was in time to order from Brookside and I will make sure I do not make the same mistake of ordering from elsewhere again.

If you are looking for an item and you can't find it, with no trouble at all they will take you straight to what you are looking for.

I am giving 5 stars for the products as they are top class and well worth the money.
I will give 4 stars to Customer Service as their hands are tied as to what they can do.
0 stars for their packaging it is really disgusting and not worthy of their fine products. My order was delivered in a cut down second-hand box without any protective packaging unlike the classy boxes we usually receive our items in.
They used to send our parcels by DHL now they are now delivered by Irish post to the UK and then onto Parcelforce.
One of the items was damaged and they sent a replacement but unfortunately due to Parcelforce it was not delivered, we had a credit for the damaged item but as a good will gesture they said they would send a replacement for the damaged item once they had received it back form Parcelforce, as of yet I am still waiting for the replacement.
I complained to customer services about the packaging, and it seems to me that their management couldn’t care less.
Every year we spend well over £150 on their Christmas decorations but after this experience I will not be purchasing our Christmas decorations from Newbridge again.
All this has taken place since the 1st October 2024 when I placed the order until our last conversation CS on 25th October 2024

I would have given them a big fat 0 if their was one.
My reasoning, when I entered their tracking number issued to me by Parcelforce it doe not recognise it and I have tried this on numerous occasions throughout the day.
On the one occasion it did it recognise it, it showed that my parcel was is in their London depot awaiting to be sent to our local depot.and has been since the 18 October it is now the 25 October and still no sign of my parcel.
I would recommend that if anyone was thinking of using Parcelforce think again and use a more reliable carrier i.e DHL, Yodel etc.
