Clear easy to follow instructions to put setee together best with 2 people. Phone call 30 minutes before delivery. They are very heavy once built so best to build in location and direction you want them. Only criticisms are that the feet are described as wood when they are just glued on laminate, two pieces fell off during construction, and that when booking delivery it was impossible to find a free delivery that week despite the claim of Free next day delivery.
For the price cant really fault them

Hi Neil
Thank you for your time to review Nabru. We are pleased you are happy with your sofa and the service you were given. Please see my points broken down below:
1) All our sofas come flat pack and you build them in the room. All the pieces simply slot together to create a nice strong unit. If you wish to move the sofa after it has been assembled please remove the seat cushions and this will almost reduce the weight of the sofa in half and make it much easier to move.
2) The wooden feet are a veneer affect which are glued on in our factory, these should not come off but if they have you can stick them back on or contact our service team at service@nabru.co.uk and we will advise you how to fix this. If you do not like the wood effect feet we also have the option to have steel at a small extra cost.
3) We offer free delivery to any location in main land UK. To have free delivery you need to receive the sofa one week after ordering.
