So why not one star? Good product selection, good prices.

Process is simple not sure if the point of costing when such a surcharge is added

Oerall very happy. Great prices and our tech is as promised. Except - it has EU plugs. A1 tech added a travel adapter. But boy is it ugly. I would rather have paid a couple of quid more for an UK Apple plug.

Delivery was so so. It took three days. We expected one.

I like the cards, I think Moonpig has better operations than others I have tried. But I would change in a heart beat because of their spammy emails and automatic sign up to those spammy email.

I didn't renew with RAC becuase they refused to give a quote when competitors are overing their best deals. when it finally arrived it was nearly 30% higher than the deal I went with.

I tried to tell them I wasn't going to renew, but their bot said speak to a human and we all know how that story goes (and I had already told a human i wasn't renewing). so I have had a ton of time and resource wasting emails and now a request for a review.

Hopefully this will trigger a review of process - but I don't expect so.

I had been looking for a set of straight forward blood tests to keep an eye on my health for a while.

I was delighted to find Monitor My Health. The lab is an NHS lab, so it operates professionally and to the latest standards. And all revenues go the NHS.

From my perspective the test was explained well, and the results came back quickly. I have given some direct feedback. They thanked me and promised to take action. 5 stars all round.

Great delivery service, my heart dropped when I saw how tiny the box was. I worried I had misunderstood the size. But it was shipped 'broken'. It is lovely. Well made, substantial and easy to clean.

We are really pleased we found oddbox. Since we joined they have changed the service so we can choose from a range of fruit and veg that need rescuing.

I recently needed some guidance about my Bestinvest SIPP and ISA. I booked a coaching session. Speaking with Harry was informative and helpful. I now have a plan of action and know where to turn if I have more questions.

It was easy to find the products I needed, with plenty of information. Ordering was easy too. Even though delivery was promised next week, the products arrived first thing the next day.

When I contacted support with a question about warranty I got a clear response the next day.

I'm not their typical customer who I think is a builder, but I felt welcome and supported.

It is an okay experience. After entering all my details, I noticed an error in my times which I couldn't edit. I went back to the start and all the good prices had disappeared. I cleared my cookies and they reappeared. This is a cynical way of treating customers.

It didn't start well. the instructions for moving from LPG to all electric were not clear and we had to raise a complaint. But I am happy to give a five as it was sorted out quickly and the chaps who came the second time to install our oven were great, as was everyone we spoke to at HQ.

Great range of products and services. I bought the installation, and removal of our old oven and packaging. The fitter was lovely and did a brilliant job.
