The order was easy to process.
Unfortunately this company use Evri to deliver the parcels. They let the company down. Lies and late delivery. When I highlighted this , apparently it’s my problem as they don’t have a problem with them. Bye. I vote with my feet. Would not recommend unless they sort out the courier company. Complete disregard for the customer.

I wanted to order one blue and one black fleece jacket. I was directed to PayPal to pay for the items. After paying I realised that the total was far more than I expected. At no point was I able to confirm the order before the payment was taken. I immediately checked the order and I had ordered one blue and two black by mistake. I contacted customer service straight away but apparently it could not be changed. Which seems strange as one blue and one black arrived in one parcel, unfortunately the black was the wrong size, then a couple of days later the other black one arrived from a different outlet. I have returned the one that I didn’t want anyway, however I couldn’t keep it as it was not the correct size. I have had to pay to return an item that I did not want and was incorrectly sent. Poor customer service and poor service. Will not purchase from them again.

My usual driver is on holiday. When he is on holiday I do not get my parcels.
No one can be bothered delivering.
You have no customer service at all.
You do not allow the customer to contact you.
Holly is absolutely useless, waste of time and space.

Absolutely useless. Ordered delivery, none arrived.Advised gas at 10%, still no gas delivery. Gauge now at rock bottom, still no delivery. January in Scotland is not very pleasant with no heating or ability to cook. Do not answer the phone or respond to complaints. Avoid at all costs.
UPDATE...... The reply posted gave me more information than two conversations with customer services, lasting more than an hour did.
However, the gas had been ordered previously, more than 15 days ago, so why should I be pleased or reassured that the order has been placed yet again. Really? Not good enough. Empty tank tonight. Yes you contacted me and told me absolutely nothing. Still useless, but good try at public relations. No idea what is going on with Avanti.
24 hr UPDATE........Still no delivery despite numerous emails (all ignored) and calls, (20 minutes on hold for no information). I thought they had all taken the day off to celebrate Brexit, but no, they managed to complain about my husbands review (his emails have also been ignored). Still absolutely useless.

Hermes received my parcel on a Saturday. Emailed and texted me constantly with time updates all day. Never arrived. Same Sunday. Same Monday. Same Tuesday. I chased up the delivery via sender as Hermes makes it impossible to contact customer service. Arrived Wednesday. Poor.

Easy to order, delivered on time and I was updated at every point.
I have used this service before and will us again. Highly recommend.

Ordered a bed frame and mattress on Sunday evening. I live in Scotland and we had snow on Monday night so I was not expecting delivery to be on time. However by 9.15 Tuesday morning my delivery had arrived. Easily assembled bed, mattress unrolled, all by noon. Very impressed by the whole process and would definitely recommend. Good looking bed frame at a very competitive price and prompt delivery, other companies could learn from this. Thank you.
