Poor customer experience

Since Fat Face has been incorporated into Next they charge £4.95 for delivery, despite the items usually weighing less than a kilo.
I begrudgingly paid as I wanted my items for a specific day. Didn’t arrive on Monday so I contacted them and was pleased when they immediately refunded the delivery charge (hence 2 stars not 1)Parcel was promised Tuesday. No parcel and tracking showed not at depot. Contacted them again and parcel promised Wednesday. Evri messaged with a delivery time. I waited. Apparently they tried to deliver and I wasn’t here. Lies. Apparently it will be here in the next two days. Absolutely useless.
UPDATE: Bog standard reply as usual. I am so fed up with contacting the ‘friendly’ but clueless team. If you read all the one star reviews recently posted I am not the only one having issues.

Lack of information

Ordered an item on the 5th. It’s now the 11th and I have no idea where my product is. Help page suggested I put in my email to check on my order. I have done this three times and still no link.
No customer service to contact so effectively they sell a product and then opt out of all responsibility.
Poor, would not recommend.
Only gave 2 stars for easy ordering.

Disappointing

I have previously given a glowing review however things now seem to be unraveling.
My next order was delayed for days and no one contacted me to explain. Turned up a few days later.
I sent another order on Thursday and on Friday DPD said they were waiting for the parcel. It’s now Monday evening and nothing. No communication from them and DPD apparently still waiting for the parcel. Tomorrow I will have no dog food. Poor service and no customer service.

Glasgow depot on holiday?

Glasgow depot, is everyone on holiday this week?
Usually DPD are one of the better companies that deliver to my address. I am on the ‘farm run’ and the drivers sometimes cannot be bothered to come out, ridiculous when it’s actually the job!
This week DPD despite giving me an hour time slot, a hour and a half before this the driver had missed me? Two consecutive days this happened. Obviously saw the address and couldn’t be bothered.
Also this week they ‘lost’ a regular delivery, still waiting for my replacement.
No access to any customer service department. Which says it all really.

Disappointed

Ordered two items, one for me and an outdoor clock as a Father’s Day present. Both shown as in stock and an email to confirm dispatched. So pleased with the prompt delivery and parcel arrived today. Unfortunately my item arrived but the present did not. Apparently out of stock? If I had been informed when the parcel was dispatched I could have arranged to purchase with next day delivery from Amazon. Disappointed that I was not kept informed. Poor customer service.

Evri telling lies AGAIN

I usually have a lovely delivery driver. Unfortunately if she isn’t available then I don’t get my parcels.
Evri tells lies. They pretend to attempt delivery when they haven’t. Today I received a random picture of some rough ground to apparently prove they have been to my property? It only proves they were nowhere near my house. It also proves that the driver today was a numpty. They give no customer service contact details because they don’t want to be contacted. They will reply with the usual rubbish about contacting them but make this impossible. Useless.
UPDATE: the usual rubbish response. Apparently my parcel will be delivered tomorrow. I know this will only happen if my usual driver is available. And my complaint is about telling lies which Evri never admit or resolve. Same old same old!

Not magnetic enough!

Digital timer and clock, magnetic. Purchased online. Easy to order. Arrived promptly and well packaged. Easy to program and nice large clear screen. Very robust. I know this because it has fallen off the cooker once and the fridge twice. I would not describe it as magnetic, which is a shame as that is what I needed.

Don’t tell lies!

I don’t mind a parcel being delayed. I do mind being lied to. I tracked my parcel constantly. It was marked as running late but would be delivered. Suddenly they had attempted delivery over an hour ago. Rubbish. Not only was I here watching and waiting for it we also have a designated safe space. No attempt was made. And lies to try to placate. What is wrong with people? Don’t assume customers are stupid and do not expect us to keep quiet about your lies!

Still waiting for a response from Evri……….

Still waiting for a response from Evri. Louis usually gives his stock response about the telephone number and email and of course they will contact us. But they never do. And I mean never! Still waiting, not holding my breath but they really are useless.
If I call the message says my dustpan and brush was delivered 10 days ago? Your guess is as good as mine as I am looking for details of my cat food that was a (not) attempted delivery on Thursday. Still unaccounted for in the bubble that is Evri.

Useless

The telephone helpline is absolutely useless. Automated and they do not pass you on to anyone to follow up. After 4 calls I was allowed to leave a message. Still no response from them though.
This company is an absolute joke.
UDATE…..please note the stock reply from Evri. But as mentioned in my review the phone and email option is automated and useless. It takes you nowhere and I have never had a response from them……EVER!

Disappointing delivery experience

To start with the positive. They are very competitively priced and carry all the items I need. Which lots of other websites don’t. Easy to navigate the website and a generous reward scheme.
Now the negatives. When the delivery process goes wrong they are slow and not very helpful. Evri are absolutely useless. An expensive dog food delivery was thrown on a farm forecourt half a mile away. I was told to go and look for it. This time Evri pretended to attempt a delivery. Then ignored me for 24hours. So I still have no cat food and no idea at all if or when it will arrive. Zooplus doesn’t seem to challenge the delivery company at all. Which is such a shame as it affects their reputation. My cats now have no food for the weekend. No shops sell this so I am stuffed. Not impressed at all lately.

They tell lies!

I do not mind my parcel being delayed. Things happen. I do mind being lied to. My delivery was not attempted. I was here. I was sent a black picture to prove an attempt? Idiotic. Then I was told there was no safe place to leave the parcel. There is, but the driver would have actually have had to drive here to find this out. Which he didn’t. Then there is no way to contact Evri, which is quite clever actually, can you imagine how many complaints they would have to deal with if they gave out contact details that actually connected to a human! One or two of the drivers are great. Unfortunately the rest are absolutely useless, management cannot be much better as this company never seems to get any better.

The telephone number is automated with no ability to give any help at all.
The email contact is similarly useless.
Nice try to make Evri look helpful but they have failed miserably. Still no contact or parcel ! I will complain yet again to the supplier and will avoid in the future if at all possible.

No one is answering the phone!

My husband is on hold to Avanti gas and has been for the last 54 minutes. We would like them to answer a simple question. We are down to 8% of our gas supply and we would like to know if a delivery is on its way anytime soon? Is anyone at all answering the phones today?
Update: 48 hours after we needed to talk to customer service I received a message. Apparently the phones are adequately manned. Personally I do not think that is the case after waiting over an hour. They are deluded.

I am trying to track an order I was…

I am trying to track an order I was expecting today.
I have spent 30 minutes wasting my time with a bot! There is no access to a human being despite it being 2pm on a Friday afternoon. Do not accept calls from the general public which when your help centre doesn’t help what is the option? I will now have to cancel the plumber booked for Saturday morning despite waiting 2 months for him. No idea what the product is like and no idea if or when it will arrive. When the system won’t accept an order number and email address you are stuffed. Go to your local shop instead!
UPDATE at 3pm…. Despite paying for next day delivery on Wednesday my order will not arrive until Saturday…..after the plumber leaves. Total rip off

Good luck trying to contact them

This is the second time I have ordered from pet shop online. I needed a renal diet urgently. I paid for express delivery. It wasn’t delivered so I called, on hold for 20 minutes. Tried again, on hold again. Sent an email. Pet food finally arrived. 3 days later my email was replied to. Nothing express about anything. No offer of a refund on postage. They used Evri as a courier which is always a problem for me. Will definitely not use again.

Delayed again

I have used Bloom & Wild to deliver flowers to England on numerous occasions, they do this well. However twice I have tried to treat myself and been disappointed on both occasions. Despite the box having a sticker asking to be delivered ‘today’, they are not. Both times have been delayed despite a supposedly 94% guaranteed delivery. The last time a replacement bunch was dispatched, unfortunately too late but appreciated. This time only 24 hours late but the bouquet arrived looking dilapidated. Despite following the enclosed instructions not all the blooms recovered. The roses are definitely dead. I am just relived that it was for myself and not a gift, I would have been dismayed had this been sent to anyone else. Will not be using this company for deliveries in Scotland anytime soon.
