Ordered for next day delivery - nothing arrived, no assistance from Pandora helpdesk and no update from delivery firm (Amazon?)
Wednesday 17th - interesting response from Pandora - just to clarify the package still has not arrived, and it is not a case of "not arriving when I expected", but to be more accurate "not arriving when Pandora promised" - i.e. next day (Monday)

Overall excellent service - kept informed of progress, a very fair offer and rapid payment.

We recently had the total nightmare of finding it impossible to lock our front door the day before we were due to leave on a short holiday. I phoned the closest firm - HalesLocks - and spoke to Shane. The door and locks are around 15 years old, so I wasn’t very optimistic about the chances of a rapid fix.
Shane was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, quoted the probable price to replace the entire locking mechanism, and arrived with us with 20 minutes. He had managed to find a replacement mechanism, which he fitted within half an hour. He then went above and beyond what he’d promised (hence his description as a Master Locksmith?) and adjusted all the hinges on the door, re-aligning it so it fitted better than it ever had. He then cleaned the door, tidied up any mess made and charged exactly what he’d quoted by phone.
Shane, and his firm HalesLocks, were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I’ve have no reservations about recommending them to anybody with problems with their locks.

Very competitive price (so cheap compared with the official offering that I was worried it might be a scam); arrived within days and seems to cover roads built in the past 2 years. Very simple to fit - the only minor complaint was that there were no fitting instructions, but a number of comprehensive sites on the internet, so not a major issue. Overall delighted with the upgrade card for my Lexus RX.

I was given a timed appointment to collect a pair of glasses. Everything was ready when I arrived, dealt with very promptly in a Covid-secure environment - overall excellent service.

Amazing service - half the price quoted elsewhere and my watch was collected, new battery fitted and returned within 4 days.

Previous reviews have always been 5 stars, but (and this could be factually incorrect) their prices seem to have increased significantly during lockdown. That apart I continue to buy from them - always a good selection of titles and very rapid delivery.

Amazing service - ordered three books (at very competitive price), all delivered within 3 days.

I was a little doubtful about the service, being a first-time user, but have been very impressed. The guide was very useful; the postal service painless; I was sent an email acknowledging receipt of the package and two days later an offer for the package. The payment was in my account the next day. While the offer was - naturally - not as much as I'd hoped, it did seem very fair. I will be using VintageCashCow again.

I tend to be very suspicious of consistent 5 star reviews about customer service, but my visit to Richer Sounds Bromley yesterday removed any doubts. After some research on specifications and prices I decided to buy a Sonos soundbar. Credit card clutched in sweaty palm I arrived in Bromley at 10am, only to find that the shop (as advised on their web site) wasn't due to open until midday. In spite of obviously being busy, the guys in the shop kindly opened the door, asked what I was after, and offered to serve me - even giving a brief demo of the chosen soundbar.
I'm amazed by the service, and absolutely delighted with the purchase.

Initially concerned at the 40% increase in cost over last year's policy, but on checking other sites found that the Avanti quote was still very competitive. Very helpful 'phone support, so no reservations about renewal.

Quoted what seemed to be a fair price on the internet - packaging to send to Mazuma arrived promptly, receipt of phone acknowledged by them and payment made as promised - overall very efficient service.

(i) The Watch Shop:
Incredible service. A great range of watches at very competitive prices and outstanding delivery. Ordered my watch on a Sunday, was advised that delivery might be delayed by 24 hours as the following day was a Bank Holiday, but in spite of this the watch was received the next day. Overall a faultless service.
(ii) The Watch:
Great value - has proved more accurate than the Tag Heuer it has replaced. Simple to set up and use, and as mentioned elsewhere the best 'strap adjustment' system I have ever seen. The only minor gripe would be that the alarm is very quiet but, that apart, totally satisfied and delighted with my purchase.
Will certainly use the Watch Shop again.

My wife and I ordered a pair each, based on the recommendation from friends.
On the positive side, delivery was very fast and we were initially delighted with the slippers - which were very comfortable and seemed well worth their relatively expensive price.
Sadly after 6 months the soles from both pairs had become detached - perhaps no surprise from a cheaper pair, but not given the price paid for these.
A further positive - we raised an issue with Mahabis who were very apologetic and sent replacements for both pairs within 2 days of our complaint. There was no question about our complaint, or requirement to return the originals.
However a further downside - one of the replacement pairs was the wrong size, and we are currently attempting to arrange a replacement. This replacement process seems more onerous than the original, involving sending photos of the box and slippers to confirm that the sizes are indeed wrong and not what was ordered. We're currently awaiting a response based on the evidence provided.
Assuming this is resolved I'll revise this review, and rating, as I was initially delighted with the purchase and response to our complaint.
UPDATE
5 stars restored! - We were Emailed (on Sunday) to apologise for the error, were sent a voucher to return the incorrect pair, with a promise that the replacements would be sent asap. They were - and I'm once agin a very happy customer. The slippers are amazingly comfortable and, with the addition of 'outdoor' soles, very practical. Backed up by an outstanding customer service team I have no reservations about the 5 star rating.

Excellent overall service - best rates offered, convenient location(s) of offices and very fast and friendly service.

Amazing price and - though we didn't pay extra for it - next day delivery. Faultless!
