I am sorry to hear you have not yet received a refund after returning an item to us.
We generally advise to allow up to 14 days from date of return for a parcel to be received and fully processed by our returns department. Once this has been done an email notification will be sent to you to confirm receipt. You will then be refunded as per your original payment method.
If it has been over this 14 days since the return was made, please email me directly at trustpilotteam@damart.com with the following details:
- Your customer account number
- Your full name
- Your full address including postcode
- Full details as to the item returned e.g. order number, item reference number etc and the reason why
- A copy of the proof of return posting receipt complete with return tracking number
Once this information has been received I will then be able to investigate this further and advise accordingly.
