Always a quick and efficient service and only place I use for our dogfood.

It was so easy dealing with Gemini, i got a great price and Riaz was great to deal with. He sent me out samples next day and he added a few more for contrast and i am glad he did as we changed our mind to one of the additional samples he sent. Measurement and templating was a breeze and the wait time was just over a week to install (wish that was quicker but understood this). Overall i would recommend Gemini to folk as they know their stuff and were easy to deal with, without being a pushy sales

Couple of times I have used smart cellular and they have been great. Offering the best price and often paid the next day. I wish every company was a good as these guys

After getting the naked marshmallow advent calendar (best ever) my wife bought me one of each of the flavours for Xmas and they are lush. My new favourite treat.

I ordered a Christmas Tree and although it was delivered quickly and efficiently, Unfortunately the tree itself was such poor quality that I have returned. It was disappointing that the product was not as described. Awaiting on a refund 1 week later but it is lockdown so not unexpected.

I recently came across smart cellular and decided to use them for my latest iPhone trade in as they were coming back with the best prices. I sent my phone off on the Monday and my account was credited by Tuesday evening. Great service and will look to use them again.

AO really have done well as a company. They are competitive on price with a price match policy even after you have purchased your item which I was able to take advantage of. I had paid for recycling service but due to to much frost in the freezer they couldn’t take it away. Arrangements for collection were the following day which unfortunately didn’t happen. On contacting them they offered to refund or recollect. Can’t really fault them as mistake happen.

So like some folks have posted I ordered on 25th November and still nothing.

25/11/19 - placed Order
28/11/18 - Email - delay in processing order.
28/11/18 - Email - getting ready to dispatch your order.
03/12/19 - Email - Received tracking number.
03/12/19 - Tracking Website - shows was parcel details received and no collection.
03/12/19 - Email - Contacted requesting cancellation as website still doesn’t show dispatch. Response is in transit therefore couldn’t cancel my order.
07/12/19 - Tracking Website - shows that item has been collected but still hasn’t left Hong Kong.

Disappointed, frustrated, lied to are words I would use to describe this company. I have raised a case with PayPal so at least I have some redress if I don’t receive the item and I’m not holding out much hope. Wish I had bought locally!

Visited the Nottingham (Giltbrook) store yesterday not expecting to buy but get a mattress from ikea across the road however the service was outstanding. No heavy sales tactics and the sales person took us to each of the firm mattresses and it was a delight to pick the right mattress so easily. Slightly more expensive than online retailers but that is to be expected from a bricks and mortar retailer. I made the mistake of buying a mattress online hence having to buy a second time. Save yourself the money and go and try the mattress in store.

Reason for not scoring 5 is due to having to wait 4wks for delivery and contacting customer service is both painful and useless.

1st time using music magpie for selling and it was an easy experience. Sent items and received the follow day and then money in bank. What could be easier. I know selling privately would give me more cash but it comes with a lot of hassle and this couldn’t have been easier. Would be nice to see a better price for pristine condition especially when they sell in pristine condition but that’s the only negative comment.

After seeing some reviews last night I decided to pop into the shop to try some juice. They have a huge selection so it was great to get some help and try before buying. A few new juices in hand it was time to look at mods and they guys were fantastic, knowledgeable, honest and really did go the extra mile. I am so happy with my set up and they have a new customer for life, it’s worth the 30min drive to get to it.

Great communication throughout order, prices are competitive although delivery charges are a bit high but still worth it.
