Usual -trying to get prescription that’s needed urgently -said an hour -two hrs later a text -massive queues always huge
Was told I would have to come back in an hour -I said “fine” and the pharmacist called me “rude”
I don’t think what I said was in any way rude -just agreed to the information
🙄🤷‍♂️will be using a different chemist from now on!

Still waiting for my order that I placed 14th December
Still waiting -was told delivery on Saturday 28th by evri -told would now be next working day -still not received it
EVRI has a technical issue so they can’t help
Does not appear to be a phone number on cookserve website -so I just feel like I’m 50 quid out of pocket right now!
Have sent an enquiry firm but will take up to 48 hrs
This is my second order with them but after this I would avoid -priduct previous order was good -but if they can’t get the goods out in a timely fashion 🤷‍♂️

Straightforward no fuss have received the docs already

Always clean well stocked with helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff available
Great store been shopping here for our pets since 2006 still heading back there for our pet food etc
