Please don’t ever use this company. Their systems don’t work and two people with health issues in their 60s now have no heating or hot water and have to wait till Monday morning to try and get yet another call-out. In a year we must have had around 10 breakdowns, stick with oil or gas

You always want to raise my monthly payment to double having "carefully assessed" my payments. You emailed me on the day my usual monthly payment £70 went to you and I was under £40 in debit. It's obvious I would be in credit within a few days. Also why do you need to raise it DOUBLE? I think Octopus just want my money and if I was vulnerable I might have let you raise it without question.

Interesting reading recent reviews; I have had these before from Nutripaw with great results. Ran out and the paw biting began again. Ordered some a couple of weeks back and was advised it could take till June to receive! They arrived this week and clearly came from China - silica gel packets were amongst the treats with Chinese writing on which looked elderly. I have emailed Nutripaw to see if these are a knock off and if they could be potentially dangerous. It pays to go direct to the company I think even if they are more expensive - reading some of the reviews and the "global" tracking and delivery problems it would appear there are copies out there, although the tub they are in looks genuine and the same as those previously received.

We changed from British Gas who were forever trying to raise our DD but charging around 55 per month. Just had our first bill based on my meter reading for 3 weeks and it’s 50% higher at 75. Straight back to British Gas - misrepresentation when our usage stayed the same as usual

Such a shame I’ve played with 888ladies and Vegas Spins for years but they’ve just been taken over by Grand Battery or similar and try to avoid repaying withdrawals now which never happened with the previous owners. The worst issue is that if you lose your bank card and have it stopped they won’t remove that card and will insist on sending funds to it (which then get returned by your bank) unless you send them a letter from your bank saying the card has been cancelled - ridiculous as they know this due to the bank rejection and banks charge for letters. The only way of getting my money was to email them my bank details which is risky. Best avoided as they are not trustworthy

I am so gutted. Three failed attempts, fourth finally happened in my absence and they have ruined my beautiful Mercedes. The windscreen wiper flew off which could have caused damage or injury and the soft top roof no longer works, the mechanism has been damaged by their member of staff. NEVER use this company - the RAC insist on using them but I would rather pay full whack in future to a garage

Shame you can't give NO stars. I returned to my home to find a "very urgent" letter through the box to my daughter who has not lived there for over 12 years. Opened it and it threatens to remove my goods "with or without my presence". I have no Court orders and have received no previous correspondence from these cowboys, so clearly that is theft - and I told "Mr Brereton" so in no uncertain terms. If a firm purporting to be debt collectors don't have access to the electoral roll to check the "debtor" lives at an address they really don't deserve anyone's custom

So poor. I made the mistake of accepting a 5 bonus and even though I had 35 in funds I was not allowed to play most games - any excuse from game unavailable please try later to you have reached your responsible gambling limits! Of course, the games I could play did not pay out! Account closed
