Following a bad puncture on the motorway, was able to book in to replace the tyre the following day when other fitters were unable to help. Great service again and took away the worry when about to go on holiday.

Couldn’t find puncture and therefore had to make alternative arrangements the following day to have it repaired elsewhere at greater cost.

This review is based on our most recent order (WL891438) & still waiting for an outcome to an official complaint. In summary, we experienced failure to deliver when promised & this left us with no oil to heat, cook or hot water with 4 children in residence including 1 month old. Extremely inefficient in then getting delivery rescheduled with customer services seemingly unable to prioritise & lack of ability to resolve. Very disappointed despite being a customer for over 9 years.

I have been a regular user for a number of years. Great to be able to compare different courier firms and get prices.

Been a member since 2010. I would echo other feedback about when cashback has been rejected and by the time you find out, it's too late to appeal. I've had over £60 cashback declined. It is difficult to see what cashback has been confirmed, and what has been actually paid to the account. I have over £200 showing as tracked, but presumably not yet paid.

Actual repair conducted very well. Service let down by lack of communication from AutoProtect. Don't promise response times and then do not contact.
