Visit the pharmacy regularly and am usually greeted with curt, abrupt staff who don't ever smile. Numerous mistakes are made with no apology, quite the reverse, loudly, the customer is made to feel guilty. If I could go to another pharmacy I absolutely would, sadly I don't have that luxury of choice. There are some very good staff working there, who are welcoming and extremely helpful, sadly, this is always overshadowed by the few who have no concept of customer service.

Don’t use this retailer

Don’t use this retailer! Absolute scam, I had ordered through them as I thought it was a reputable company, House of Fraser, however it is not, the name has been purchased only. I ordered a Fitbit, which never arrived, no option to contact customer services, which was extremely frustrating. Emails advising it was on its way, delivery date was for the previous week. I raised a dispute with PayPal who issued a refund. Had I read the reviews before purchase I would never have used them. Avoid!

I would give no stars but don't have…

I would give no stars but don't have the option. I ordered a fitbit, which needless to say hasn't arrived, there doesn't seem to be any contact email or numbers. I mistakenly thought I was buying from House of Fraser but sadly I've bought from House of Fraudsters. I really wish i had seen the trustpilot reviews prior to my purchase...Never Ever use this company

Issues with online banking

Issues with online banking, not unusual, but as I needed to transfer money between accounts to avoid overdraft charges, on this occasion the inability of Lloyds online banking to allow a customer to do this was extremely frustrating. Tried the online chat-no sense from that, as it couldn't understand what I was saying, expected wait time for an agent to respond-30 mins minimum. I called the bank, again, expected wait time to actually talk to somebody at least 15 mins. After 20, I gave up...So, the outcome is that I'm worse off for the overdraft charge-which I can't actually avoid but at least I've increased Lloyds income with my unfair overdraft charge as the issues with the online banking have prohibited me from transferring money into said account to avoid charges! What an excellent way to make just that bit more money, Lloyds, what a lovely way to reward loyal customers....

Whilst I am not unhappy with the…

Whilst I am not unhappy with the service Petlog provides, I have recently changed my address and wanted to ensure that my cat, if something should happen to her, is registered to my new address. I called Petlog, no problems with the customer service, which is very good. I updated my address myself using my wifi, my electricity and my time and was charged £10 for the privilege of doing so....complete racketeering! How can any company justify charging a fee for something the customer has done themselves? It hasn't cost Petlog a penny for me to do this and I would be very interested to hear how they feel this is in any way acceptable.

We are sorry to read your disappointment with the process and charges involved in microchipping your pet. We do understand that the process can be confusing and we are working with DEFRA and other industry partners to provide more clarity where we can.

The cost paid when a pet is microchipped includes the cost of the microchip, the implanter’s time, as well as registration on a database for the lifetime of the pet; be that 10 or 20 years or more. Only a very small percentage of this fee contributes to the database services which includes a 24/7 reunification service for found pets.

We offer a Premium package for a one-off fee of £19.95. This allows the pet keeper to update their records as many times as is needed throughout the lifetime of their pet – this is less than £2 per year given the expected lifespan of most pets recorded on our database. We don’t believe this is too much to pay for the peace of mind of knowing a pet is far more likely to be returned home if it went missing.

Currently, we also have an online offer to change address details for £10, but this does not provide any of the additional benefits and you would need to pay a further fee if you change details in the future.

We are only one of a number of government compliant pet microchipping databases; all of which have similar charges to support pet keepers over the lifetime of their pet.

I have banked with this branch for over…

I have banked with this branch for over 30 years, however, recently, I have noticed a distinct lack of professionalism and customer service. The staff appear not to care and have a 'can't be bothered' attitude. I was served a couple of days ago by possibly the rudest woman I have ever met, who bluntly refused to count the money I was paying into my account-maybe I was confused in thinking that banks do this.... ?The opening times are now 4 days per week, from 9.30 to 3.30pm-closed on Saturdays. What happens if you work as I do and can't get to the bank during office hours? I think the can't be bothered attitude really comes into it's own here....I am now considering moving all of my accounts to another bank as there is very little service now being offered by Lloyds in Longton.

Bought some wellies from Charlies

Bought some wellies from Charlies. Delivery was really prompt and the price very reasonable. Sadly the wellies didn't fit, so a return was made. easy to do to with the refund being processed very quickly. Would use Charlies again and would recommend to others.

Bought a Ronseal Precision Finish Fence…

Bought a Ronseal Precision Finish Fence Sprayer, expecting to be able to paint all of our fences quickly and without to much mess. This item doesn't spray, rather, it delivers a trickle, which then needs to be painted, it covers floors and surrounding areas, but will not spray directly onto the fence, as advertised. For Ronseal to state that a fence panel can be painted in four minutes is an absolute fabrication. This has to be one of the most useless items I have ever purchased, and it absolutely doesn't do what it says on the tin.

Delivery took over 3 weeks

Delivery took over 3 weeks, when the items were finally delivered I was at home but the courier did not knock, both parcels were left by the front door, soaking wet and torn open. I only knew they’d been delivered because I received an email,. On closer inspection, the picture the courier took was of a parcel sitting in the back of a van, not outside my front door. This is a dreadful service which really needs investigation, I have never yet had a stress free delivery from them. I would give no stars but don’t have the option to do so

AWFUL

AWFUL! Sadly, have used Booking.com several time to book holidays, never had a problem, however, used them to book a few days away, had no idea the cottage was managed by another company. One week prior to my holiday, personal ID was requested by said company. I attempted to speak with Booking.com, one week later am still receiving only generic messages, no solution to the problem. No customer service, my money has been taken, earlier that agreed, I don't think i can even access the cottage as I have no information to do so despite being advised i have had this, although this is down to the other company, as I've booked through Booking.com, I would expect them to be available for me. I will never use them again as the whole experience has been so stressful and I have spent so much time unsuccessfully attempting to just get an answer. I'm sure the reply-If I get one to this- will be a smooth, we are sorry message...that won't erase the really stressful time I've had with this booking. Avoid if you want a stress free holiday

Really disgusted with the Festival…

Really disgusted with the Festival Park, S-O-T store. As foster carers, we used this McDonalds as a last minute contact venue. We stayed for just over two hours. Two weeks later received a parking fine for using the car park. We went to the store to complain as we had not seen any notice of a fixed period to visit. We were informed that there were notices displayed, but they were so small and not really visible, we hadn't seen them. The manager said, he would deal with it and we would not be required to pay a fine. We have since received a further letter advising of a fine, again we have visited and again were reassured and advised to ignore the letter as it had been dealt with. Today we've had a letter stating it has been taken to court and we owe more money, if not paid our goods will be seized. This is not only threatening and intimidating, but extremely unfair of the Festival park store who promised us it had been dealt with. We will never be visiting a McDonalds again, if this is the total cost of a happy meal, you can keep it. It's easy to see why this company makes so much money, as most of it is probably scammed from unsuspecting customers via parking charges which are not made obvious when entering the car park. I would give no stars, but there is no option for that

Giant scam

Giant scam! I am extremely dissatisfied with Superhog. I booked a cottage, through Booking.com, no idea that Pass the Keys was a company or that Superhog (never actually heard of them) would be asking for personal information, I am not happy to provide this as there are multiple ways to use personal information these days to dupe innocent people. On enquiry about this I have simply been ignored or directed to email somebody else. I have no idea if I can actually access the property I have paid for in full and in good faith because nobody will confirm this. I get the same generic responses to each enquiry. I was advised that the fine print states ID will be requested, however, the fine print only states that ID will be required upon check-in, very misleading. It's also very different showing ID to uploading to it goodness knows where. Also advised that this is necessary as there is no host to meet me at the the property, there never is and keys are always left in a key safe. I don't think I'll get either my holiday or my money refunded. I feel that I have been scammed by all three companies and will never use them again. I urge others to do the same. Add me to the 36% who are dissatisfied with your company.

Really unhappy about this company

Really unhappy about this company. I booked a cottage, with no idea-not stated on advertisment or at the point of booking that Pass the Keys was an online company. A week prior to my holiday I have been asked to provide personal information, with no reason why other than there will not be a host present on arrival to provide the keys-there never is with holiday cottages-but I cannot access without providing this. I have asked for a refund as I don't have the required ID and am not comfortable providing very personal details with no clear reason why, but have had no response to my request. Pass by Pass the Keys is my advice.

Our listings do identify that verification is required, and that the facilities are self check in, we have copied an example from the listing to illustrate as detailed below:

"The fine print
Guest verification is required and provided by Superhog. The lead booker will be notified with instructions once a booking has been made.
Once verification has been completed you will be sent check in information."

We took a look into your specific situation and we can confirm that the host has agreed to continue to host your stay, and our agents have advised the booking platform as such.

Really unhappy....

I had booked with Harley, then needed to cancel due to work commitments. Over a month later, I received a text message asking me to confirm my appointment the following day, when I attempted to use the link to cancel (although I had already done this) a message advised that I was too late to cancel. The 'appointment' was originally for 1.15pm the following day, the message had been sent at 1.10pm, as I was actually at a conference at this time-the reason for cancelling the appointment originally, I didn't see the message. I attempted to call-no answer, emailed, no response. I'm now waiting for Harley to charge me a 50% cancellation fee as I didn't cancel within 24 hours, difficult to do when the reminder doesn't actually give enough time to do so and you don't expect it because you've already cancelled the appointment.... minor detail, I suppose. In the event that I am charged, I will challenge all the way....

Ordered 3 dresses for a wedding

Ordered 3 dresses for a wedding, sadly none of them fitted well. Returns to Debenhams is easy, using the pre addressed and pre paid label. Bought another 2 dresses, again, not a good fit, still the same easy return. However, I have received only one refund for the 2 dresses I purchased and am still waiting for nearly £100 to be refunded to me for the first purchase of the 3 dresses. The contact number for Debenhams disconnects and emails are not responded to, not sure where to go for my refund now, has anybody else had a similar experience and if so, how was it resolved. Needless to say, I will not be using Debenhams again.

Bought a Twirl Easter Egg for my son

Bought a Twirl Easter Egg for my son, the box stated it contained two Twirl bars, however, much to his disappointment, it only contained one chocolate egg, no bars. I'll remember not to buy a Cadbury egg next Easter, I mean, cheating children is a bit low.....shame on you Cadburys
