AWFUL
AWFUL! Sadly, have used Booking.com several time to book holidays, never had a problem, however, used them to book a few days away, had no idea the cottage was managed by another company. One week prior to my holiday, personal ID was requested by said company. I attempted to speak with Booking.com, one week later am still receiving only generic messages, no solution to the problem. No customer service, my money has been taken, earlier that agreed, I don't think i can even access the cottage as I have no information to do so despite being advised i have had this, although this is down to the other company, as I've booked through Booking.com, I would expect them to be available for me. I will never use them again as the whole experience has been so stressful and I have spent so much time unsuccessfully attempting to just get an answer. I'm sure the reply-If I get one to this- will be a smooth, we are sorry message...that won't erase the really stressful time I've had with this booking. Avoid if you want a stress free holiday
