Bought our first pre lit tree from WeRChristmas last year and were very pleased with the quality and service. Packed well, great delivery experience, easy to setup and looks great. Decided to add a second tree this year and made the mistake of buying a different brand.No comparison to our existing tree and it was returned the following morning and a replacement ordered from WeRChristmas. A little more expensive but a repeat of last year. Highly recommend

Fantastic hotel and resort, already booked for next year.
In resort Jet2 staff were brilliant in resolving an issue that arose with the outbound flight and made every effort to avoid a repeat on the return flight.

Over the last week or so I've been in regular contact with Rosie regarding an issue I discovered with a DJI drone. I bought last August.

Despite being outside the warranty period the after sales service I received has been second to none - friendly, helpful, empathetic and excellent regular contact and updates.

Rosie is a credit to the company.

After 8 years the covering for the foam filling in our garden furniture had disintegrated.
Found stockingette on J A Miltons website and as I was unsure I made a pre sales call for advice.

Delivery turned up without warning. Told courier via video doorbell I was 2/3 minutes away and the response was “I can’t fxxxxxg wait that long”

Over the last few years I have used Carmarthen Cameras for a number of purchases and always get first class service and advice. Most recent dealings have been with Nikita and Tim, both of whom are friendly, helpful and professional. Recently purchased a new camera and handgrip bit found the grip not to my liking. Emailed to request return on day one, sent item on day two, refunded on day three (thanks Lesley). The measure of good customer service is how you get treated if you have a problem and this company does it superbly. Thanks

Just browsing through some of my older reviews and found I have been remiss in not updating the excellent follow up service I had from Autoglym after my previous review.
Had a telephone conversation and subsequently received a replacement part free of charge even though warranty had expired and some complimentary product to replace what had been wasted.
Apologies Autoglym, I was quick to complain and should have responded sooner to your excellent treatment.

I would love to give a long term review but after less than 2 years it’s virtually useless. The blue cap with the nozzle that attaches to the plastic bottle is impossible to tighten securely. It constantly falls off with the slightest of movement and I’ve probably wasted more money in spilt cleaning foam, wash and seal than this cost me in the first place. I would advise against buying and look for a better quality product.

Ordered a suitcase to be collected from a local store.
Delivery due yesterday but didn’t arrive. When I called the sender they advised Yodel had attempted delivery at 5.30pm but the store was closed. This is a lie as the store is a convenience shop open 7 days a week until 10pm.
Parcel the appeared on the Yodel app with delivery due today. Had email saying it was delivered but on arrival at the shop the owner said that the Yodel driver had turned up with other packages but told him there was one missing as he didn’t have enough space on his van.
Now having to chase Yodel customer misservice and the sender.
I always thought that Evri were the worst couriers in the country but Yodel seem the have claimed that title.
