Website easy enough to use. Decent value. Good communications after the purchase process. Getting free delivery meant a longer wait than expected, but it was acceptable. The delivery information and process was good. Documents and information delivered in good time.

The concept is good but promises five quotes - we only received two. These were useful leads but no different to our own searches prior to finding ‘reallymoving’

I was not an easy convert to CompleteSavings. I would not normally pay a fee to belong to a 'savings club' being wary of scams. However, after being wary for a time and finding out how relatively easy it is to use the site - and how responsive and informative the feedback is, I relaxed and started checking everything through CS. As a result, I have saved money every month so far. I don't like to buy for the sake of buying something - and I would reject being pestered to buy - but CS offers discounts on a range of goods and services, so it's not often they cannot help.

After a good start a pair of glasses were returned after coating failure and it took three weeks to return. Apology given, but not good service this time.

Strange system - you get a unique number and they ignore that and search using your postcode... whatever, it works ok. Second order was for an item local branch did not stock. Only £9.95 so could not claim free postage, but they sent it Parcel Force to the depot for next day - why not just send it to me direct - save me 8 miles of drive and the associated pollution! Other than those thoughts, it works fine - good location for pickup and staff decent and friendly.

Excellent price offered on the DeWalt kit I wanted. Hadn't realised the company is based in Jersey so was surprised at one week delivery time. However it arrived in 4 days so well pleased in the end with the package. Quick and courteous service desk.

I have had a number of excellent offers from Abbey and using their website to view and buy is easy. Delivery times are excellent. It is just a pleasant, professional service - nothing much more to say!

The online booking process is fine - leaving the parcel locally is great. The rates are clear and competitive. I was however annoyed at the excess applied as my parcels went a tiny fraction out of volumetric measurement although they were underweight. I could not have known this. The rates thus charged in the end exceeded other carriers. When I queried this I was very unhappy at the curt and dismissive attitude of customer services, who really could not be bothered. Overall Rand provide a decent option (although the parcels arrived in China 5 days after indicated) and if you get the price quoted it's fair enough. Used before with no problems and may give them another go in future.

EBuyer is well worth watching via their regular emails for some excellent bargains. I always include them in my 'price check' searches too. To be honest I prefer sites with inclusive delivery, but the charges are clear when you eventually get to the checkout. However, when they run free next day offers, the value is tremendous. Clear information and good communications if there are any issues.
