Service in store better
This would have been 5 star review if not for the missing item in my online order and very poor help from phoning customer service, I was told that the missing item was now not in stock and that items usually were back in stock within 7 days and to try phoning back then to see if a replacement was available, I was concerned as the item was for Christmas and that would be leaving it very close and asked if they could check my local stores to see if I could pick the missing item up there, but was told no that wasn’t possible and they’d also be out of stock too. I asked if she could guarantee that if Iphoned back in 7 days the item would definitely be available which she said she couldn’t guarantee. I then phoned my local store and things couldn’t have been more different, they did have it in stock and there was no problem collecting, the staff (blue mall Metrocentre Gateshead) were fantastic, I took everything else I ordered in the box with me, you get one box free online, and asked if the could put the missing bracelet the the box with one charm and make it look nice for me, they not only did that but the also gave me another box for the other charm which was for someone else. So 5 star service I store, only 4 star for online and their customer service!
