We love F&M hampers but this one wasn’t as good as all others we’ve had. It was delivered a day late (which was problematic for us) and pretty much all of the presentation tins were quite badly dented.

As a follow up to my review below, after days of the company assuring me my order was on its way, today they have written to me telling me they have been sending me collections notices but because I have failed to pick it up, the item is considered abandoned and I do not get a refund. This company is an absolute joke.


Buy from this company at your own risk. At best they are incompetent, at worse they are scammers. 4 weeks and I still haven't received my order. Despite requesting to cancel the order on several occasions, they completely ignore the request and just keep 'assuring' me my order "is on its way". Clearly, I won't ever see the item I have ordered or the £55 I paid for it. They are appalling. If I could give no stars I would!

The staff were friendly and professional and we were seen quite quickly. However, my appointment was for 10 am and I had received a confirmation email and text but on arrival I was advised that my appointment was at 10.50 am - I was told the system seemed to be wrong. I was however, seen at 10.15 am so not to much of a delay.

Shockingly bad. Engineer came to fix the igniters on my range cooker and actually damaged the whole oven. He clearly had no idea what he was doing and the repair he did actually caused a spark in the oven which melted the mains supply. GDHA offered me a refund of £50 of the £209 I had to pay up front. Apparently the balance of what I paid was to cover the engineers time - so I effectively paid £157 for their engineer to blow up my oven. Never use them again!

The eye test was very thorough and efficient and I was seen on time. The person who helped me choose my glasses was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. A very good experience.

Great service. Had a new alarm and locks fitted. The alarm engineer, Tommy Reynolds arrived at the specified time and fitted the alarm - he was very knowledgeable about the system, installed the alarm without problems and left my home clean and tidy. Spent time demonstrating the new system. Very happy with the service.

Very easy to book with lots of available appointments. No queueing and seen on time. Friendly and professional. Although results are due within 48 hours we received ours in less than 24 hours which meant we were able to end our isolation quite quickly which was a relief. Definitely recommend MyHealthcare Clinic and will use them again.

Very pleased with my experience. I was seen early and received my results within 5 hours of my test. Very efficient.

The customer service agents I dealt with were always very helpful and accommodating. My only criticism was that I was never able to speak to the same person twice which meant I always had to repeat myself and I would regularly be contacted by different people asking me the same question! That said, the car arrived on the promised day, and the driver was very helpful. Absolutely delighted with the car. I would definitely use Car Leasing Made Simple again.
