Customer service very good. One of my orders first plug plants was put through my letter box and fell several feet to the porch floor. This dislodged the plants which broke several and couldn’t tell what some were. Had left a note on door for the postie which was ignored. Customer services are sending me replacements. This was done within a few days.

Nice little plants doing well in pots. Will move to permanent plot later on.

Lovely postiplugs. Unfortunately 5 ruined. Cannot be certain when as although I had left a message on my front door to put in my porch the postie still put them through my letterbox. 5 were broken off at soil level. Still good value, but I brought them to go in hanging baskets so will have to fill one with something else.

Lovely plug plants of geraniums well rooted. Plug plants of begonias unfortunately not so good. Could have done with growing on a bit longer before sending. Also unfortunate that they are posted through my letterbox which means they do get broken. I did put a message on my door to say leave in the porch (which I left unlocked) but postie ignored this.
