Sofa turned up and the light in the center console was offset not at right angles. The quality of the product was clearly not checked. Having paid the amount of money I did for this sofa I would expect more. No technicians available on the day I want so having to take time off work to sort out. 2 months in and still not sorted

Again order not in stock but available on website. Had to chase millets to get refund which was done but waiting for something to arrive when not available is unacceptable. If you don't have it don't advertise it.

Appalling service from Zara placed an order on Christmas day as my sons wanted to purchase some trainers. Order was taken and money from my account. Have been waiting for 2 weeks no response. Phoned customer services today only to get an email saying one item is not in stock. Thanks for the response and personal touch when I requested a call back. Now I have to break the news to my son who has been waiting all this time. Well you better hurry up with my refund if this is how u treat your customers. This is the last time I will be shopping with you.

Dreadful customer service from Rotherham store. I bought a cube ebike and have had an issue with the motor. Emailed store as still under warranty and have spoken to several employees for the manager to sort this issue out. After 3 days of speaking to personnel who have said the manager will call me straight backstill no call from the manager to get this sorted out. I have taken to my local bosch dealer to sort out. Thank god for them. It would appear that je james cycles are only interested in selling you a bike and do not care about after sales or warranty issues which they are obliged to sort out. I'm now out of pocket to the tune of £50 so far and still waiting for a call from the manager. Unless you are local to the store I would not buy a bike use you local bike shop at least they will sort it out for you.

Shed arrived on date specified although only one person trying to lift a 65kg box. Shed assembled just fine all parts there and instructions were clear. I would allow more time than the 4hrs to put up and a step ladder will be needed for the roof section. Base is OK but I put a floor in on mine to level things off. We'll worth the money as I managed to fit everything just fine

Bike arrived ok and was easy to set up. Light holders were missing from the box though. My son loves the bike and is very happy. A pretty good spec for the price.

Been on hold now with bissells customer services for over an hour and this is through Curry's customer services.They must only have one person in the UK working. I would seriously think twice about buying any of their products if this is how you are treated

Purchased an ex display model sat nav Garmin Nuvi 2599. Had to go back to the store the next day as I was given the incorrect power lead. Apart from this slight inconvenience it is an excellent product. The guys in the store sorted out the correct lead when I phoned. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

First class products with excellent delivery. Any issues just send it back. Just how a supplier should be supporting the customer.
