Technology is poor

In order to do the action I require an in branch appointment. This is only able to enquire about online via a form where there is at least a 2 day delay for confirmation. Calling only allows discussion about current account balances or payments not able to actually speak to staff. It’s infuriating when you have work/kids and there are only specific times/days when you can actually go to the branch and babysitting is required. I am happy to do things online but the booking system is so outdated and delays are not supporting working people. They also make any changes to direct debit payments to mortgage extremely difficult having to either call (but not being able to actually speak to someone as above) or arrange an appointment which as I just mentioned is equally as challenging to confirm. I would NOT recommend TSB for anything requiring actually speaking to someone until they upgrade their systems.

Overpriced, poor quality

The cake didn’t look like it did on the website. It tasted like a standard supermarket cake and cost 10times the amount. They also forgot to add the candle I ordered. Not worth the money. Go the the supermarket or a different cake shop.

Terrible service

I ordered a kitchen floor over the phone in June 2021 to be fitted early July 2021. The order number was lost and I had to phone round multiple different departments and people to find a number not provided to the public to get someone to find my order. Eventually they found it and had to push it through to local services and it got fitted in late august 2021. After it was fitted they left the join between the kitchen and the hall without a ramp. They assured me someone else was going to come round to see to it. I called, emailed, complained through multiple systems and it’s now July 2022 and I have heard NOTHING back and having to go outside the company to get this fixed.
