Technology is poor
In order to do the action I require an in branch appointment. This is only able to enquire about online via a form where there is at least a 2 day delay for confirmation. Calling only allows discussion about current account balances or payments not able to actually speak to staff. It’s infuriating when you have work/kids and there are only specific times/days when you can actually go to the branch and babysitting is required. I am happy to do things online but the booking system is so outdated and delays are not supporting working people. They also make any changes to direct debit payments to mortgage extremely difficult having to either call (but not being able to actually speak to someone as above) or arrange an appointment which as I just mentioned is equally as challenging to confirm. I would NOT recommend TSB for anything requiring actually speaking to someone until they upgrade their systems.
