This is the first time I've ordered calendars from Printerpix - I have used a few other companies before. I didn't upgrade to the embossed paper, fancy binding etc, so they worked out just under £5 each, the cheapest I've paid. But it definitely shows. I had ordered 3 and they arrived in a large A4 envelope. I was sure there could only be one in the envelope given how thin the package was, but it turns out all three were there. They had been printed double-sided and the paper is basic! While everything else about the calendar is fine, it's just not the usual quality I'm used to. Also, one of the calendars came off the bind when I was looking through the photographs - it was a bit of a faff to get the bits of paper back on. Another gripe I have was the postage. It was quoting me £5.99, but then it shot up to £8.99, even though I live in the largest town in Scotland so definitely not remote and the package could definitely pass as just a large letter. I think it's the first and the last time I'll be using Printerpix for my calendars, unfortunately.

Fabulous service. Super speedy delivery. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and had to return 2 of them. I then reordered another 2 (just before midnight) and they were with me about 36 hours later, in time for my holiday. Must add, the returns process was also very easy and the person I dealt with was very polite, professional and efficient. The 15% Easter discount was also a bonus. Will definitely buy from sportsshoes.com again!

Generally very good service: There’s usually availability in lockers (only once did I have to go on a wild goose chase round 3 stores, only to have to go back the next day) and delivery is usually quite fast. However, have had 3 bad experiences whereby 2 high-end items went missing and never showed up and another item got mixed up, so my buyer received a parcel, just not the one I had sent her.

Ring received was as expected. Good clear guidelines for ring size online meant I was able to order the correct size of ring as a surprise for my daughter. The ring arrived very promptly too. My daughter is very happy with it.

Great availability of the Spiderman Pop Vinyl figures, which seem to be elusive everywhere else! Click and collect was a good option for free delivery, when I was already out and about.

Good variety of products. Good communication once product had been dispatched, with the ability to track. Pricing ok - more expensive than most brands, so always good to pick up a discount!

About the mirror - It’s great, well made and seems sturdy. It offers a lot of storage and my daughter loves it. Easy enough to assemble myself (only tricky bit was attaching the mirror unit to the stand).

The price seems to fluctuate quite a bit though. I bought it for £119.99, then within a few days it had dropped to £109.99 without it stating it was reduced. After a few emails, Beautify decided to refund me the £10 which I was happy about. I then noticed the website listed it as “out of stock”. The next day it popped up as an advert, and it was now £128.99. It’s annoying when you buy something one day and it has dropped in price the next day, without there being a sale. Just be aware of this!

Great range of products, though availability in sizes not the best (I guess that's what happens if you order 10 days before Christmas!). Great service and socks and slippers well received as gifts.

I enjoy Quidco and find both it’s app and website easy to use and navigate. I have had to raise a few cash back claims (not sure if this falls on Quidco or the Retailer) and have had a few declined (not sure why), but who doesn’t love a bit of cash back?!

Speedy delivery, within 48 hours of placing order. Lots of prior warning about when to expect my parcel, and then it came within the allotted hour slot. Courteous drivers too. No complaints!

I ordered 154 prints, and was impressed with their timely updates and speedy service. However, I didn't get one picture which was in my album (maybe it was my error, but when it came to ordering them, I selected them all so can't see how one print wouldn't have gone through) and am still waiting to hear back from them (email sent to them querying this 5 days ago, and I'm sure I should have received a response by now?).

My one gripe though is their discounts. While it's great to get a discount, I find them ever so slightly misleading. The number of times I see "50% off, must end midnight tonight", so you get sucked in and go crazy trying to sort it in time. Then the following day that 50% discount has changed to 50-70% off!! I got 40% off this order, which I was made to think was going to end soon, but in fact, when it ended, the discount went up to 50% off! Grrr!

Also, have just ordered 5 calendars in a separate order. They are priced at £16.99 each (full price) for one, with the price going down when you order multiple. With the 50% discount and multiple I ended up getting them for £4.49 each which seems great, particularly when you compare it to the £16.99 starting price. However, I looked at an order from the 2nd January this year when I ordered the same type of calendar, and their starting price (no discount) was £11.99 for one, which is a big jump from £16.99! I also got 50% off these, so worked out almost the same price as what I'm getting now. Basically what I'm saying, is they are good at making it seem like you are getting a good deal, but in fact they are bumping up the prices big-time year on year!

My final gripe (so it seems like I have more than one gripe after all!) is the price of postage! It seems quite costly in comparison to other online shops. For my prints, it cost me £3.99. For the calendars, it was going to be £5.99 until I added on my 5th calendar which bumped it up to £6.99.

I do really like their calendars though, and have had many compliments, and people going off to order their own after they've seen mine. If you take your time, you can come out with a really fabulous end result which can be a very special gift.

Was gifted one for my little boy and it was the best present ever so have now bought one for my niece. So practical. Used it every day. Well-made. And super-quick delivery with very friendly, helpful staff.

We're entering our third year with Ovo. No problems to date. Competitive prices. We do everything online so once I get the email reminder for the readings, I enter them online and get an e-Bill a few days later. No hassles at all.

I ordered some thank you cards late one night (27th), and they arrived 2 days later g29th), a good few days before the estimated delivery date.

Good quality and lots of different designs to choose from (perhaps too many?!). Reasonably priced when there is a discount.

The one negative, and it's not really a negative, is that the 50% discount which was being promoted was due to end that night. However, when I was on the website the following morning, the end date of the promo had been extended so it appears to be a bit misleading.
