We’re very happy with how everything’s been handled by the Thurrock branch and are really looking forward to the installation.

Service and response was good but the dress itself is not what I hoped. The fabric is plasticky, it doesn’t feel nice at all. It arrived very creased but cannot be ironed so I was told to try steaming it in the shower - this has not worked at all.

I hadn't realised quite how scared of heights I am! The children loved it though and consider it the best experience of our holiday. The staff were amazing, so friendly and happy - they really made it a special experience. We will definitely be back, although I'm just going to watch from the ground this time!
