The parcel did not get delivered so I rang customer service which was closed although I rang when the lines should have been open Friday morning.
No confirmation email was sent luckily I had order number. However chat bot was excellent and found my order and sent me tracking details.

The books were lovely and very reasonable price.
I loved all the different things they covered, like making friends, why we have rules etc Delivery was excellent. I am going to buy more books from this company.

I have used Sykes 3 times now and find the website easy to use, the details are very accurate and they keep you informed. The one time I had to contact customer services I spoke to someone immediately and it was sorted. I tend to always go to Sykes Website first because they have a good selection of properties and I have never been disappointed

Steve Hancock from Chips Away did an excellent job repairing scratches on my car. He is very reliable and his work is to the highest standard. The price was also very competitive.

This is the best company I have just encountered to collect a return from Wayfair. You get a time slot, you confirm it and leave any instructions and they reconfirm. They show you a map where they are going to collect based on your postcode which you can move around to change. They kept us informed and turned up in the time slot. Was all very professional. Well done BJS and Wayfair for choosing a good company to work with you.

I was very pleased with the quality and price of the duvet cover I purchased and it looks lovely on my bed.
I had a query around delivery and customer services answered my email very quickly so I could purchase the item.

I ordered the Rowlinson Corner Arbour and expected delivery to be around 15-25 days. I had confirmation of my order, an email after a day saying it would be delivered in 4 days. Amazing service.

I was delighted with the customer service from Sonic Direct.
I rang on Tuesday and they confirmed they had Dishwasher in stock which could be delivered on Thursday. They deliver themselves and had to come hundreds of miles from Yorkshire to deliver, kept me up to date with texts and delivery times and arrived exactly when they said they would.
I will definitely use this company again in the future. Thank you.

I was delighted with my blinds which fitted very well and were easy to put up.
Expected delivery was 10-14 days however I received my within a week and the price was really good value. Everything was smooth from ordering to delivery and I would definitely use this company again.

I have used Chips Away on 3 occasions and have been very pleased with both the prompt service and the result. I am amazed that they can repaint where there has been damage and you would never know.
They are also a lot more value for money than the garages.

My experience has not been satisfactory. Driver did not follow instructions and left the parcel at the wrong address. Appreciate House names were the same but he left it 2 miles from me, wrong postcode and not with neighbour as agreed.
Took photo of parcel left outside and then threw it over locked gates damaging box which said Fragile. Royal Mail is a much better service

I love shopping in Dunhelm shops but ordering on line, delivery and getting through to customer services is dreadful. I ordered some curtain 3-5 days delivery - no curtains 2 weeks later. Everytime you ring customer services you have to wait 20 mins plus listening to music. They have lost the order and want to investigate which takes 3 days. In that time I have got the product from another store but can I cancel my order - NO - just can't get through. Wonder if I should just pass to my credit card to deal with.
Pity Dunhelm staff are lovely as are customer services when you get through but the system is awful.

Lovely home accessories but the base of my lamp was missing. Staff at the store I brought it from were not helpful but the store manager in Hagley Road was fantastic and managed to get us another lamp from Rugby otherwise we were told there would be a 4 month wait for replacement.
