I was charged twice, I booked on line and prepaid, when I went to leave the car park, the machine listed the fact I needed to apply my ticket, it then charged me a further fee. I have tried ringing, no response, I tried chat, only to be left waiting for so long before getting a response despite this system asking for my number so someone could ring me, it then suddenly told me that as I have not responded they have closed the chat, I emailed and was sent an email asking me a question, that when I tried to reply, it was a no reply email address. Total shambles, and the help with the on-line chat and email is non existent. However, I remained patient and held on the phone for a considerable time but eventually managed to speak to someone who was so helpful. It appears there are two carparks using the same post code and it appears they use a similar entrance, and I went into the wrong one by mistake. I do not retract my comments about the on line chat or the email but can honestly say, Aldrin was excellent. But, beware, make sure you get to the correct parking place or you can get caught out.

We were unable to attend the show we had booked due to us both getting Covid, we are pensioners and was feeling extremely miserable about it, but Chris, from the customer support team was excellent. He helped us through the process and we managed to swap our dates for a later time. Cannot praise Chris enough

The picture I sent has been cut around the edges and some important parts are not showing, I find this disappointing, it may be my picture was slightly oversized, though I am sure it fitted the correct layout. Surely someone could have just reduced it so everything was included if there was any incorrect alignment.

I contacted Snooper technical as I was having issues setting up, totally my fault but I found the staff extremely helpful and could not do enough to get me on track. Dylan was my main contact and what a considerate and helpful chap he is. I also spoke to one of his colleagues and he was equally helpful. So my thanks to both of them. Excellent service

It was our first time at the show, we found it excellent, easy to find things you wanted to view. Will go again, when safe to do so

I have used Strings Direct for various items, and they have always sent me exactly what I wanted, and usually by the following day. I have also found their staff to be most helpful, nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Great company
