It took 4 attempts to get the lenses accurate to my prescription. Although they were courteous and obliging, at double the price of Specsavers, they seem not quite on the pace.

M&S Opticians are reasonably efficient, BUT, the optical precision was seriously floored on the first pair of specs, and the second pair, although better, are not good for reading. But I will put up with it, because I don't want to wait yet another two to three weeks with my old pair just to see if they can correct the error. In addition, the price was almost 200% of the same pair in Spec Savers.
Bottom line - I'll not be going back.

There may be other utility companies that are a few quid cheaper, but by-and-large I'm happy with SoEnergy. Not only that, it would cost £100 to switch so any savings are outweighed by the cost.

I just needed a bit of PVA, and your guys had it on the shelf.

The service is good and efficient, BUT, tablets are often packed in plain white packets/boxes (Not the original distinctly coloured commercial packets) and this can lead to serious mistakes, particularly as the labels are in very small print. My wife has Carbimazol, and Diazepam in identical packets, with identical labels, but different dosage.
I have had Tamsulosin, Atorvastatin, Betahistine Dihydrochloride, Amitriptyline Hydrochloride all in identical boxes, with tiny text on the very small labels.
Contents should be in LARGE highlighted text for the benefit of millions of us silver-tops.

The reason I cannot give 5 stars is the tablet packaging is often not original, which means we get diazapam, carbimazol, prochloperazine, and other types in identical packets, and the print is also small, which can easily result in taking the wrong meds. Difficult for 90 year olds!

Tejal, the sales-lady I dealt with in the shop was very knowledgeable, and personable. As part of the deal I was to get an anti-allergy mat, and a bed cover as psrt of the promotion, neither of which were delivered.
To be honest I had forgotten about these items, and it's not until I came to do this that I checked the invoice.
The delivery chaps were both polite and courteous. No complaints at all.

The straightforward simplicity of ordering and getting it through the post within a few days is far preferable to waiting sometimes hours in the queue at the chemist, only to be told they're out of stock.

It's a bit early to judge, but these gummies seem alot better than the previous examples.
Superdrug were ineffective, and although StarPower worked, they tasted awful and were difficult to access from the jar, sticking together in one cludgy lump.
So on balance Sealions get the vote at the moment.

We have been using this service for around one year, and just love it! No more frustrating queues at chemists, and more especially, no more "I'm sorry we don't have this in stock at the moment, can you come back tomorrow or Thursday?" Just wait for them to arrive..

When computers became part of the workplace I fought against it. 20 years on, I can deal with things on a computer, but am numbed by apps. Booking.com is straightforward and easy to use, unlike many other things, so I am satisfied with what I can achieve with them.
