Prompt delivery, good quality product

Quality (unisex Guernsey sweater) was good, delivery was prompt, but the sizing of the purchased sweater was much smaller than other retailers' equivalent size. I have several sweaters, all "Medium" which fit me well, but your M was at least a whole size too small. I've just returned it, and hope for a prompt refund.

Needed help when having repeated loss of power. They responded promptly and completed a thorough job, replacing our main circuit fuse board before issuing the relevant certification. Engineer who attended took a real personal interest and appeared extremely conscientious in checking all our circuits. Certainly not cheap, but very good service.

Booked a home fitting, 48 hrs ahead, for an urgent tyre replacement (damaged; temporary repair by AA). At 5.30 pm on the appointed day got a call to say "due to unforeseen circumstances" this would no longer be possible - next available home fitting a week later. 0/5 for that. However, your lady who conveyed the bad news then worked hard to find a location where I could take the car next day. Slough KwikFit Plus did the job on time. So 5/5 to them - average a generous 3/5!

The products are of good quality - as was the case for a previous purchase. They were well packed and pretty promptly delivered. Good service.

Still very reasonable on cost, and service on the only occasion we needed help was excellent.

Efficient and friendly service. Our tour to Ecuador and Galapagos went exactly according to plan. We had excellent guides, a varied programme and good accommodation. Would look to use Llamatours again.

Had 2 tyres replaced in my drive using the mobile service. As on previous similar occasions, excellent service: good product, good range of prompt slots offered, job done as arranged, quickly and efficiently. Will continue to use this service for my tyre replacement needs.

My main use of A & B is for buying OS maps. Service here is normally quick and reliable, and value unbeatable. Only once did I receive the wrong item - there had been a fault on A&B's labelling machine - and that was quickly sorted out. Buying other outdoor kit from clothing to torches has also been quick and convenient.
