Absolute rubbish product

The personalised jigsaw heart was a waste of money. The photo did not fit the shape. It was so thin that it's bent out of shape. A total rip off. They replied quickly to say there's nothing they can fo about it. I want to return it but they won't accept that ☹️

Thank you for providing further information. We can see that the personalised jigsaw was processed and dispatched as per the approved live preview at the time of ordering. However, we completely understand the disappointment of the gift arriving damaged, and we would be happy to arrange a replacement. Please note that we are be unable to amend the photo position in the free-of-charge replacement as this was approved for the original order. bad service, late delivery, trouble getting refunds for returns

I would avoid this company, the service is terrible, they never answer their phones or return calls, the delivery did not come on the day arranged and was two hours late on second delivery. One of the items was damaged and had to be replaced, which they did ok. I returned an item at the same time as they picked up the damaged item, but they have no record of this? and so far have still not refunded me my money. They keep saying they will sort it out and get back to me, but never do. Its very frustrating.
