Bought a car from Belmont Motors, our sales advisor Hugh made the transaction stress free and easy , he was knowledgeable and had years of experience and guided us through the process every step of the way offering good solid advice with transparency and clarification by answer all of our questions , he was neither pushy or forceful, if anything a very pleasant experience , got a great deal

LISA RBS HAMILTON

Went into my branch today in Hamilton just outside Glasgow , one of the tellers LISA was very rude to me and my husband , we wanted to change our excess US dollars into GBP, I was told i couldnt as i didnt have any reciepts even although i purchased them on line through my RBS account surely buy dollars through the RBS APP is proof enough , was also told i couldnt make a complaint as a member of staff would do it for me , i was so very upset, the reason your staff are allowed to disrespet customer is that nothing is done to them any more , thats why they do it , shocking behaviour think who your employing RBS, and look at the reviews if i had known i wouldnt have joined you

Constantly leaces the parcel at front door gets soaked and soggy , parcels even opened when delivered shocking service

UBER TAXI RIP OFF

We tried to book an UBER taxi fro. LAX Los Angeles, $134, abolute rip off got a went to a taxi stand and got a taxi for $70, vitually half price, ripping us off

Absolute rip off,

Absolute rip off, sell trips to Hoover Damn its free , the grand Canyon tour we paid for the tour then found out we had to pay for the sky walk, told extra $30 each , but charged us $36 dollars each then they asked for a tip at least 5 times within half an hour and $20 a head so wanted $80 , i didnt tip
Found that totally rude. tips are optional depending on the service which was shit

Absolute pig sty

The hotel was so dirty, charged a fortune for city tax but dont put the money back in to the facilities, rooms were minging, carpets stinking, no fridge , safe didnt work, view from our room was a brick wall , dont stay here youll never get over it

Resend or Refund absolute joke

Bought stuff for my holiday in the january sale , mix up on delivery , Zara said oh we can just resend it or give you a refund , i said could you resend it please , ended up they just refunded me no choice or further discussion, why even say we can resend it absolute joke now i have to source the items else where

Amazing staff and students

I had fillers to my cheeks and lips, the staff were polite and friendly , i couldn't ask for more , they were knowledgable and very gentle made sure the whole experience was beneficial to me , i look amazing thank you so much

Totally ripped off

Shocking the state of the car they gave me more chips on it than the blue lagoon chip shop, took out the extra insurance ust incase I missed any chips and got the blame , car windscreen had chips on it , £40 a day for a standard MG, totally ripped off

Price increase

So recently I haven't booked as much procedures as I would normally, this is due to the price increase of some of them. They're nearly just as expensive as visiting a aesthetic practitioner , therefore I'd rather not , the three areas for botox haincreased by £30 that's a lot .

MANAGER PAUL GRAHAM

Went to the store in Hamilton near Glasgow, the reason for this was my son opened his lap top an the laptop made a loud crack , I looked at my son and said that didn't sound good , the same thing happened when the currys shop assistant opened the laptop, the manager Paul Graham came over to investigate told us , no it was dropped , I replied no it wasn't, again he insisted it was dropped, I said, no it wasn't, this ended up resulting in to an argument, the manager who isn't a computer technician and trying to use his not so expert opinion, basically called us liars ,in front of my 17 year old son who has mild LD, who was becomming upset and scared , He then said, do you want me to book this in , AYE OR NAW , I could not believe the attitude and arrogance of the manager in front of other customers, staff and children , shocking behaviour , the laptop is still under warranty, the manager then told my husband to get out of his shop , I thought the store belonged to currys. we went to another Currys and the manager couldn't be more helpful and told us it look like the hinge had pushed through and cracked the screen , eventually got it sorted and booked in for repair , but be aware when you get and renew your warranty the manager at Hamiton Currys will insist that your item was dropped even though he never witnessed what happened to it.

I didn't get a phone call from. The delivery team to let me know my item was on its way , apart from that they where fine.

Never again

I asked for a receipt for the money my husband and i handed over, we were told by the assistant manager , proceeded to shout across the shop , "eh I'm no gonna run away with your money." I never insinuated that this would happen, i could feel my self becoming embarrassed and cringe , They have a zero tolerance in the store with signs on every desk, maybe the staff shouldn't trigger people to get a bad reaction, we've booked the holiday and will see it through , this was my first time booking with Barrhead travel, never gain

I ordered trousers size 14 that looked fantastic on your website, they were sized wrong I'm not happy to me they were faulty and wrong sizing garments is a fault and I've had to pay nearly £5.00 to return the garment this isn't good practice for your business
