Absolutely overpromised and underdelivered. Despite agreeing I was receiving well below the expected broadband speed nothing was done to rectify the issue. I became extremely frustrated trying to speak to someone, could only type messages to a virtual helper.(complete waste of time) despite not receiving the promised service I was harrassed for payment. I would love to speak to someone from this company but I doubt this will ever happen.
No pressure from the staff. They only offered advice when we asked for assistance. Thank you.

Struggled to renew online so called the phone number but the lines were busy. They offered to call me bank and did. The caller was most HELPFUL and renewal was easy. Thanks
I have used Staysure for many years . However I realised I was 4 days short of cover as the annual policy (which hasn't been used this year) expired before my return. After holding on the phone for 45 minutes the call was answered then put on hold again. Total length of call 1 hour 16 minutes. Not impressed when we were charged over 40 pounds for the pleasure.
